The spacious bathroom is located just to the left of the entrance and has a shower and a bidet. In the living room you will find the large fold-out double bed with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa. Opposite the bed is a large corner cupboard with mirror and a table with chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen including oven, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster offers you enough space and possibilities for self-catering.
The Sale&Pepe studio flat is an ideal choice for those looking for a modern holiday flat to fully enjoy their stay on Lake Como.
Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests for the entire stay for bike tours or to explore the surrounding area.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
