Modern-rustic and well-kept, this holiday home presents itself to its guests.
The walls are painted in warm colours using a wiping technique.
A stone cellar is available for storing wine and food.
From the furnished terrace you enter the living area with sofa bed.
The bedroom leads to the upper terrace.
The cosy living area on the ground floor: the living area with couch (sleeping accommodation for 1 person), an eat-in kitchen with dining table await you. Next to the living area is the modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. From the living area you reach the wine cellar and the large furnished terrace with brick barbecue. A wooden staircase with railing leads you to the attic with double bedroom and raised extra bed for a child. Due to the hillside location, the bedroom also has access to the upper panoramic terrace.
Within the bay of Piona, in the district of Laghetto near Colico, there are several shallow stretches of beach, some with sand, approx. 1.5 km away.
A fine pebble beach with a wide view to the south is below Olgiasca on the south side - distance approx. 700 m.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
