The beach holiday home "Rustico di Pianello" is situated on a hillside on the western shore of Lake Como between Musso and Cremia near Menaggio. Enjoy the impressive view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. "Rustico di Pianello" is nestled in a natural, romantic garden laid out in terraces. Above is the country house of the domicile landlord with another holiday flat. The beautiful, large natural stone terrace offers a fantastic lake view and is furnished with a dining set and deck chairs. The rustic garden is planted with native fruit and
vegetables and lawn. Garden steps lead to the beautiful pebble beach. The pebble beach is shallowly sloping and an ideal environment for sports and recreational games. Sun loungers are available and can be stored on the beach. In the evening, the idyllic beach ambience invites you to barbecue. In the surrounding area there are beautiful gardens, villas, residential houses and free shore properties - a green oasis of nature. The narrow local lakeside road runs approx. 20 m above, the local bypass road is tunneled under and not perceptible.

Until spring 2023 there are renovation and construction works on the neighbouring property.

Total area approx. 82 m² - inside approx. 62 m² - outside approx. 20 m² - community garden approx. 500 m².

The holiday home "Rustico di Pianello" is cosily furnished in a rustic country house style with lots of wood. The Lombard tile floors blend harmoniously into the rural atmosphere. - A few natural stone steps take you through the garden down to the natural stone terrace to the house entrance, which leads into the living area with a well-equipped, integrated kitchen.

The dining area and a TV corner with two armchairs invite you to relax. Plenty of light penetrates through the two large windows and the open roof beams create an airy ambience. A tiled staircase leads down to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms with lake views and a friendly bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet. One bedroom has a reading balcony facing the lake.
The garden has an old property wall facing the lake with a garden gate to the beach. Small boats, canoes and surfboards are deposited on the beach or inside the garden property.
Ideal for water and leisure sports enthusiasts as well as beach lovers - There are partly unsecured paths and uneven natural stone steps on the property. For families with friends, the holiday flat "Riva di Pianello" can also be rented. Holiday in Italy private - the landlords speak only Italian.
Your vehicle is parked above the property in the parking bay, others can park in the piazza.
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption, only when used
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period April to September from 14 years of age

The following services can be booked in addition:

Alles top. Unser Rustico und dessen Lage waren wunderbar. Übergabe durch die Vermieter verlief unkompliziert, trotz Sprachbarriere( nur italienisch) Schade, dass es nicht im Frühling buchbar ist.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus (Rustico) direkt am See mit herrlichem Blick auf See und Berge. Im sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gemütlichen Häuschen fehlt es an nichts. Familie Mancini ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles sehr unkompliziert.

Ds Kl. Rustico hat uns, wie so oft schon , sehr gut gefallen. Auch die persönliche Beratung durch Frau Mayerhofer, war auch wie immer, exellent, sehr freundlich, niemals ungeduldig und kompetent! Anmerken würde ich, dass die treppen zum see runter, uns doch ziemlich gefordert haben. weitere Geländer wären da bestimmt sehr hilfreich!! Auch wäre es sicher schön, wenn es Moskitofenster gäbe. in der Küche fehlt ein Wasserkocher und kleine scharfe Messer!!

Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir waren aber nur 2 Personen anstatt wie geplant vier Personen. Bei der vollen Auslastung wäre die Küche und der Wohnbereich etwas zu klein, wenn man bei schlechtem Wetter darauf angewiesen wäre. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf die ausreichend große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und die Berge ausweichen. Die Wohnung überzeugt durch die tolle Lage. Wir sind per Bahn angereist und hatten auch keinen Mietwagen. Trotzdem konnten wir durch die Busanbindung alle unsere Ziel bequem erreichen. Auch die Lage am See mit dem direkten Zugang zeichnet die Ferienwohnung aus. Ein Schlafzimmer besitzt bodentiefe Fenster mit einem kleinen Balkon. man kann vom Bett aus See und Berge sehen. kleiner Nachteil: Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel mussten wir selbst kaufen. Salz/ Pfeffer/Zucker waren auch nicht vorort. Die Spülmaschine war defekt. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und korrekt. Die Wohnung war im sauberen Zustand.

Der Ort ist ruhig und trotz Hochsaison nicht überlaufen. Wir waren im Juli da. Einziges Manko sind fehlende Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

Die Lage der Unterkunft, der wunderschöne Blick auf den See von der Terrasse aus sind einzigartig! Wir haben uns hervorragend erholt und Ihre Adresse bereits mehrfach weiterempfohlen. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund, denn am gesamten See sind die Vierbeiner herzlich willkommen.

Wir sind gerade vor Ort und können dieses Rustico nur empfehlen. Es entspricht der Beschreibung und die Lage ist traumhaft.. man kann super schön entspannen und ist auch mit Hund willkommen....wir kommen wieder...auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett..
