Modern family residence in an idyllic location close to the village and the beach. In a sunny, gentle hillside location with two holiday homes Case delle Rose Gialla and Rose - the Rose Houses .amidst country houses, small farmsteads and meadows. A terraced garden surrounds you, with open spaces for playing and relaxing. The pool faces the lake.
All holiday flats are accessible via the terrace with private partly covered outdoor areas. Dining table, deck chairs and a private barbecue invite you to long romantic evenings. The marina and the centre of the attractive holiday town of Colico are just a few minutes' walk away.
The Pian di Spagna, the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, begins practically on your doorstep. The landlords of the holiday homes, a family of civil engineers, are passionate hobby gardeners. This is reflected in the beautifully landscaped garden and in the names of the flats.

Rossa Florentina:
Via your seaside furnished garden terrace you enter the bright living room with dining table, open modern and well-equipped kitchen and double sofa bed. A hallway leads you to the double bedroom on the garden side and to your modern windowed shower room with washbasin, WC and bidet. Enjoy the long evening sun on your west-facing terrace.
The solar-heated pool (approx. 10 m x 5 m) is open from Easter to mid-September, depending on the weather. The lake, numerous bathing possibilities and a surf school near Colico are within walking distance.
The location is ideal for exploring the lake by car, but also for leaving the car behind: Whether it's kitesurfing lessons on the beach, walking or cycling from beach to beach, kayaking on the Addazo River or Lake Mezzola, horseback riding in the Pian di Spagna, tennis on the surrounding courts, bird watching or the delicious adventure of trying to spot the best of the three ice cream parlours in the piazza, you won't get bored here! In addition, you can visit the most beautiful places by water and easily reach the eastern shore with Varenna, Bellano and Lecco as well as Bergamo, Milan and Chiavenna by train. The residence is recommended all year round. Well-kept holiday flats for holiday savers: bed linen is provided (to be changed yourself). Landlords speak German and can be reached by telephone.
There are private parking spaces for your vehicles within the property.
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over
- Heating according to consumption

Wir haben Urlaub als Familie zu dritt gemacht und uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und praktisch angelegt. Das Highlight war der Pool und die sehr gut gepflegte Anlage. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Anreise sowie Abreise unbürokratisch. Lediglich einige Haushaltsgeräte wie Schere, Wasserkocher und Fön haben wir vermisst. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden auch gerne selber wiederkommen.

Wie wurden am Telefon gut beraten, haben dieses Objekt dann gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Entscheidung. Wenig Tourismus, Ruhe und gleichzeitig nicht weit vom Zentrum. Mit Baby waren wir sehr zufrieden, und würden noch mal buchen. Sehr sehr freundlicher Verwalter vor Ort.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist absolut nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ruhig und in der Naehe gibt es einen Supermarkt. Man könnte allerdings mit ein bisschen Deko das ganze noch etwas gemütlicher machen ( z.B. mit ein paar Bildern an den Wänden).

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. In der Ferienwohnung war soweit alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Super!

Wir waren im Juni mit zwei kleinen Kindern zu Gast in der Wohnung Rose Rossa Florentina. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Es war auch sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Besonders gut kam bei den Kindern der Spielplatz und natürlich der Pool an. So ist man nicht gezwungen immer bis zum See zu laufen/ fahren. Die Lage ist auch schön, da die Umgebung sehr ruhig ist und man einen tollen Ausblick hat. Ein Supermarkt, aber auch fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen, insbesondere da auch im Vorfeld mit der Buchung bei La Breva alles super geklappt hat und der Preis in Ordnung ist.
