The entrance to the holiday flat is on the lake side via the large garden terrace and leads into the spacious living area.
The two double bedrooms (160 cm x 190 cm) have a lake view.
A twin room with a French loft bed (bed below 1.20m, bed above 90cm wide) is on the garden side.
Both bathrooms are with shower.
High-quality, modern design combined with antique furniture.
From the terrace with elegant sun loungers, natural stone steps and a lockable gate lead directly to the gently sloping pebble beach.
The offer is aimed at guests who attach importance to a cultivated ambience and certain privacy and who are also prepared to provide this to other guests on site.
The reserved landlord, a humorous general practitioner, is helpful and lives in the attic of the villa. The "inventory" also includes a lovely dog (only in the presence of the landlord).
Depending on the water level of the lake, the beach offers a good opportunity for ball and beach games.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
