The holiday flat is in a fantastic hillside location in Pognana Lario, a small village in a privileged position between Como (12 km) and Bellagio (17 km) in the inner triangle of the lake. The house faces the lake on the lakeside road, approx. 90 metres above the lake as the crow flies. The impressive hillside location offers plenty of sunshine and a fascinating view...

The Raphael holiday flat is located in an apartment building on a hillside with several flats and a bar on the ground floor. The entrance to the staircase is on the street side and a staircase leads down to your flat. You enter directly into the bright and light-flooded living area with dining table and living area and balcony with magnificent lake and mountain panorama.
On the mountain side is a guest WC with washbasin, WC and washing machine, as well as a small separate kitchen.
To the side is the master bedroom with a double bed facing the lake. Let the sun wake you up in the morning with a marvellous view of the lake. On the mountain side is the second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower, bathtub with massage jets. Bathroom and bedroom have no windows.

A bathing area with sunbathing and play area and small boat harbour can be reached in just 3 - 5 minutes via a steep natural path with steps, past quaint gardens. Access to the lake for swimming is via steps or a ladder into the water.

The holiday flat impresses with its size, furnishings and location. The view is wonderful. The bar on the mountain side is only occasionally noticed and is an enrichment for guests who value a little service ‘around the corner’. The holiday flat is recommended all year round.
For holidays with friends/big family there is the flat Sonia Musica Aperol in the same house.

Next to the house there is a car park with a barrier with a reserved parking space for your holiday flat, further public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax €2 per person/day from 12 years of age

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Comer See! Zentral gelegen im ruhigen Pognana Lario, die Stadt Como und Bellagio sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich eine Liegewiese, auf der Sie ins Wasser gehen können und die auch für ältere Kinder geeignet ist. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte und Restaurants. Oberhalb der Wohnung befindet sich die Bar Sonia, wo Sie einen Cappuccino trinken und köstliche Pizza essen können. Mieten Sie unbedingt ein Boot, um den See vom Wasser aus zu erkunden, oder ein elektrisches Mountainbike, um die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden! Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und um die Umgebung von Como kennenzulernen!

Lovely apartment on Lake Como – perfect for children! We had a wonderful week in this stylish apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Como. We stayed with our two young children, and it was truly perfect. The apartment was even nicer than expected because the Dutch owners had improved the interior even further after we booked – a lovely surprise! Contact was smooth, and the owners were very helpful. The complex also has a cozy bar with delicious pizzas and a beautiful view. We were a bit worried about some noise, but you really don't notice any. The idyllic Careno Beach is a 5-minute drive away. After a short walk down narrow streets, you'll reach a quiet beach where children can play safely – water shoes are a good idea. The location is perfect for trips to Como and Bellagio. We're curious to see what it will look like in a few years, because the owners have exciting plans. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Raphael. The apartment is spacious and very quiet, with two large bedrooms and a jacuzzi – a perfect place to fully relax. The view over the lake is stunning, both in the morning and in the evening. It’s lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view. A real highlight is Bar Sonia, right above the apartment. Ideal for a fresh cappuccino in the morning and later an aperitivo with a view over the water. The location is excellent: you can reach Como quickly by boat or bus, and from there Milan is just a short train ride away. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. The apartment was clean, the host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
