The "Pianellina" holiday flat is located on a hillside in the picturesque mountain village of Calozzo above Pianello del Lario, on the shores of Lake Como. The flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. A large gate leads uphill to the house via a short driveway.

Directly in front of your flat is your garden area with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The garden is equipped with a Hollywood swing, dining table and chairs as well as deckchairs - here you can enjoy the fantastic lake and mountain views.

A brick-built barbecue invites you to spend cosy evenings outdoors and prepare delicious meals. Sufficient wood is available

The outside entrance leads through a hallway into the large living area with open-plan kitchen and large windows offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a small counter with bar stools that tastefully demarcates the transition to the living room. Here you can enjoy your meals in comfort or simply relax in the living room with a large sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fireplace. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and cannot be connected, but the atmosphere is still cosy.

On the right-hand side of the hallway you will find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom on the lake side offers a picturesque view of the lake, the single bedroom is optionally equipped with a second pull-out bed. On the mountain side you will find another bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have fly screens on the windows. The first bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC, the second bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet.

There are games and books for your entertainment.

The lake is approx. 1 km away and can be reached on foot in approx. 15-20 minutes or in 3 minutes by car. Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long lakeside paths for walking, jogging and cycling. There is a surf and kite school in Pianello and it is a great spot for water sports. There are several good restaurants and a beach bar with a café and restaurant right by the lake.

There are two flats in the house. Your holiday flat "Pianellina" is located on the ground floor. The upper flat is only used sporadically as a weekend and holiday flat by the courteous and friendly owners, so you can usually enjoy your peace and quiet.

There is plenty of space for vehicles on the enclosed property. There is a car park to the left of the house, with a garage underneath and two further parking spaces in front.

The nearest public e-car charging station is approx. 2.7 km away.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Heating only if used, 15 € per day
- Pet 10 € per day
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period April to September from 14 years of age

Wir waren vom Domiziel positiv begeistert, sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht,alles sehr schön offen und sauber, das eingezäunte Anwesen ist auch perfekt für Kinder, der direkte Blick zu dem Coma See und den Bergen unbeschreiblich, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der Vermieter steht jederzeit zur Verfügung bei Fragen , sie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt,nur weiterzuempfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Sehr schöne Lage mit Sicht auf den Comersee. Sehr sympathischer Eigentümer, der sich bei Bedarf um alles kümmert. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit phantastischem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Das gesamte, große Grundstück ist eingezäunt, für nicht mehr ganz kleine Kinder und Hunde ein wahres Paradies. Bei Ankunft nach langer Fahrt findet man die Betten bezogen, ein kühles Bier im Kühlschrank und Süßigkeiten zur Begrüßung. Sogar der Vierbeiner wird mit einem weichesn Deckchen begrüßt. Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter tun alles, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

Das Haus bzw. die Lage sind top. Kurze Wege bis zum See und gastronomischen Angeboten... Claudio, der Hausbesitzer, war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben, was wir in der Umgebung machen können...Der See ist mega und die Menschen in Pianella total gastfreundlich! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, wunderbare Aussicht, in der Unterkunft sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, Eigentümer hat alles erklärt, wo man einkaufen, gutes Essen geniessen kann. Bis zum See ca. 900 m
