Description

The Paola holiday home is a detached, modernly furnished, two-storey holiday home on a hillside that is inviting from the moment you arrive with its sunny yellow exterior. It has two bedrooms and offers several outdoor areas with a marvellous view of the lake.

A path between the houses leads from the garage to the large terrace. The front door to the flat is located here. The terrace is furnished with a dining table, sun loungers and a parasol and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.

The house is nestled between meadows and fields in a small, unspoilt mountain village above Cremia. Opposite is a field with a small stable with goats and chickens. The lake can be reached by car in around 5-10 minutes. The location is ideal for mountain bikers, hikes and walks.

The entrance to the house is via the large side terrace. From here you have direct access to the light-flooded living area. On the mountain side, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom that can be reached via three steps. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and washing machine.

The living room facing the lake is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV. A small balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, offers you a marvellous view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

A staircase leads you to the upper part of the house to the two bedrooms. To the front, facing the lake, there is a large double bedroom with a small balcony, which is also furnished with a table and two chairs - ideal for a morning coffee in the sun. To the mountain side is another bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet as well as a bedroom with three single beds and an additional baby travel cot.

The house has been completely renovated and boasts bright, light-flooded rooms with modern tiled floors. Enjoy the fantastic view of the lake and mountains from the various outdoor areas of the house.

San Vito has a beautiful gently sloping pebble beach that is ideal for swimming and surfing. The bay is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts who want to enjoy the sun and clear water.
There are several shallow stretches of beach in Cremia, some of which are sandy.

The house has been lovingly renovated and sits in a sunny location above Lake Como, just a few minutes from the lake.

There is a garage under the house with parking for one car and space to store sports equipment or bicycles. Further parking facilities are available in the neighbourhood.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax 1,50 € per person/day from 15 years up to 10 days

Wir haben das Haus in Top Qualität vorgefunden, die Vermieterin Paola war sehr zuvorkommend mit typisch italienischem Charme. See und Berge begeistern, egal ob faulenzen, flanieren oder aktiv Sport - prima. Tolles Bergdorffest mit Maroni und Kastanien besucht.

Besonders lobenswert ist die sympathische und zuvorkommende Vermieterin mit ihrer Familie. Alle Fahrräder haben wir in der Garage untergebracht - ideale Bedingungen, zu Fuß, mit Bike oder Auto an See und in die Berge zu gehen. Das Domizil war picobello. am mittleren Balkon wären zwei Stühle ganz angenehm.
