From the kitchen, another small corridor leads to the double bedroom, quadruple bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom with double bed offers a picturesque view of Lake Mezzola and the surrounding mountain landscape. The quadruple room with two bunk beds is located on the mountain side.
The bathroom is bright and has a washbasin, shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.
The flat is bright and friendly furnished in Lombard style and has Lombard tiled floors.
Sorico and Gera Lario offer good beach and bathing opportunities. Both beaches are also easily accessible by bike.
In Sorico, the beach of La Punta on the headland attracts visitors with its sand and a few shady trees. From here you can enjoy a sweeping view across the lake to the south.
In Gera Lario there are several large, gently sloping beaches with natural sandbanks right next to the sports harbour. The sandbanks are exposed depending on the water level, so children can play in the sand. There are also large sunbathing lawns and a lovely children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the beaches.
Both on the headland and in Gera Lario there are surf and kite schools as well as equipment hire. Both are popular water sports spots with reliable wind conditions.
The area is also popular for canoeing and rowing, thanks to the unspoilt nature of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve and the wonderful rowing routes along the River Mera to Lago di Como.
From Dascio you have numerous opportunities for activities such as jogging, leisurely walks along the shores of Lake Mera towards Lake Como or exploring the unspoilt nature towards Lake Mezzola. For those who crave a challenge, there are also challenging mountain bike tours towards the surrounding mountains.
Jennifer and Nicholas, a young and friendly landlord family, live on the upper floor. They are reserved but always obliging.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
