The double bedroom is located on the lake side and also has a patio door. From here, you can enjoy direct access to the terrace and a beautiful view of the lake.
On the mountain side is the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The vacation apartment is bright, simple, and modernly furnished. The light stone flooring throughout emphasizes the friendly and timeless ambience and ensures a pleasant room climate even on warm days.
There you will find children's playgrounds, boat rentals, surfing and sailing schools, canoe rentals, tennis courts, and bocce courts.
Gera Lario is a good starting point for bike tours along the lake, as well as for hiking high up into the mountains or towards Dascio and Lake Mezzola in the countryside.
Thanks to its unique location, you can walk down to the lake via narrow streets. Whether you want to go mountain biking towards Pian di Spagna, hiking in the mountains, or relaxing rides along the lake, the apartment is the perfect starting point.
Gera Lario is a dream destination for anyone who loves water and outdoor sports.
The landlords live in the apartment above, are quiet and reserved, and are courteous and helpful when needed.
Please note that the driveway to the house is steep. The accommodation is therefore only suitable to a limited extent for people with reduced mobility.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
