Airy ambience and successful mix of rustic and modern. Light colours and anthracite stone floors offer a fascinating interaction, each flat has its own individual highlight. Modern kitchens.
The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In the flats with attic, the standing height is partly restricted.

Each flat has its own entrance via the garden or terrace.

Rustico natural stone house Mimosa: all-round with garden and furnished panoramic sun terrace. The living area has a double sofa bed, dining area and modern kitchen.

The double room with panoramic view and the bathroom are on the top floor.

The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. Numerous bathing possibilities with long, sandy beaches are approx. 1.2 km away, unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary, or a surf and kite school with bike rental approx. 1.4 km away.

Borgo Erbiola-Francone is an oasis of nature for those seeking relaxation and a paradise for equestrian enthusiasts, hikers, canoeists and bikers as well as cyclists. It is so close to Lake Como that it is possible to cycle or walk to the beach and to lively Colico with its many possibilities without any incline.

You reach the property via a country lane alongside a stream. The vehicles are parked in private car parks below.

There is a free charging station for electric vehicles.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years of age.
- Heating according to consumption, only when used
- Air conditioning according to consumption, only when used 5€ per day

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, unser Ferienhaus sowie auch die sehr gepflegte Anlage haben uns richtig gut gefallen. Ebenfalls die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Sehr gut auch das man Colico in 20 min. zu Fuss erreichen konnte.

Das Häuschen war funktional eingerichtet und wie beschrieben, auch die gesamte Anlage. Allerdings war es nicht ganz so ruhig, wie wir es erhofft hatten. Zum einen trug der Wind die Straßengeräusche vom Ort herüber, zum anderen teilweise auch Fabriklärm, den wir nicht so recht verorten konnten. Für die vielen lauten Traktoren, die während der sonnig-heißen Tage das Gras gemäht und gewendet haben, hatten wir Verständnis. Dies beeinträchtigte die Ruhe jedoch zusätzlich. Positiv erwähnen möchten wir den Brötchen-Service, den ein örtlicher Anbieter zu einem sehr fairen Preis übernommen hatte. Und dass es eine Waschmaschine gab, die wir nutzen konnten. Das WLAN war - wie von Ihnen angekündigt - sehr langsam, konnte quasi nicht genutzt werden. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Nachdem uns die Gegend insgesamt sehr gut gefallen hat, werden wir nächstes Mal ein anderes Domizil wählen.
