On the lake side is the living area with kitchen, dining table, couch and access to the balcony,
One double room is on the lake side, one double room and one twin room on the mountain side.
The holiday flat is furnished in friendly light colours and in Lombard style.
There are several outdoor areas:
On the lake side, the balcony with dining table set from the kitchen-living room.
On the mountain side, above the entrance to the holiday flat, is a panoramic viewpoint with dining table group and barbecue.
Up steps is a shared large sun terrace with open fireplace and dining table furniture.
The property is also occupied by the family, hospitable, warm and accommodating, s
hey have small dogs that are happy to have visitors and settle into the hearts of the children.
With children's playgrounds, boat hire, surfing and sailing school, canoe hire, tennis, boccia.
The friendly landlords also live in the house
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
- Heating according to consumption, only when used between October and April: 10€ per day
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day up to 5 days from 13 years

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
