The country house - garden - holiday flat Lago Lodge is located at the upper tip of the lake in a sunny position only approx. 80 m from the lake on the headland of Domaso, a popular holiday and fishing village on the western shore. A cosy holiday flat with its own garden and exclusive house entrance with a large garden with sun and play lawn, and a large covered terrace all around - the
lounge- as a highlight. The country house has only 4 holiday flats, which are used for holidays and weekends. In the surrounding area there are private holiday homes and a lot of nature.

The holiday flat is modern and tastefully furnished with tiled floors.

The large covered terrace leads into the living area with open kitchen, cosy dining area and the couch area with armchair and double sofa bed.
The kitchen with modern kitchen island has an induction cooker as well as a hot air oven and good cooking and tableware.

The living area leads via a hallway to the sleeping area with double bedroom and twin bedroom with bunk bed (140 x 200 cm downstairs, 90 x 200 cm upstairs) downstairs .
The bathroom has a washbasin, large ground-level shower with rainwater showerhead and WC.

With direct lake/beach access via a private path, also for small boats, SUP's, surfing equipment, etc.
Flat sandy and meadow beaches, partly with shady trees, are only approx. 80 m away:
Beach volleyball court nearby.
A boat mooring can be rented on request about 150 m away.

This garden holiday flat offers versatile leisure and recreational value - a dream for water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers. Virtually all water and mountain sports can be started from here. And for families with small or big children, a leisure oasis with lots of nature all around. The wind-protected garden is a wonderfully warm place to sunbathe in the early and late seasons. Please do not smoke in the house.

There is space for one car on the property (please do not park on the lawn). There is space for other vehicles or boat trailers in the village. You can store your own boats on the trailer you bring with you and put them in the water or in the marina - all on request.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit tollen Augenblicken. Die Lodge ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, der tolle große Garten und die direkte Seenähe hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen, was uns auch begeistert hat, war der Ort Domaso und die tolle Schiffsanbindung, die wir auch genutzt haben, um andere Orte rund um den Comer See zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
