house entrance with a small hallway:

Numerous bathing possibilities and a surf school and canoe rental are within walking distance. Boat rental at the fishing harbour.
The location is ideal for leaving the car behind: walking, hiking or cycling from beach to beach, kayaking on the Addazo River or Lake Mezzola, horseback riding in the Pian di Spagna nature reserve, kitesurfing lessons on the beach, tennis on the surrounding courts, bird watching or the delicious adventure of spotting the best of the three ice cream parlours in the piazza.
In addition, you can visit the most beautiful places by water and easily reach the eastern shore with Varenna, Bellano and Lecco as well as Bergamo, Milan and Chiavenna by train.
An oasis of relaxation with lots of privacy and yet close to the town and the lake.
The friendly landlady Silvia has an electric boat and bike/e-bike/quattro-bike rental service at the harbour with special conditions for you, including two free hours of motorboat hire during the week.
Private parking spaces within the property.
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years of age.

Buchung sehr unkompliziert. In der Villa Iris war alles da , was man braucht. Für Hunde optimal. Garten rundum Umzäunt und am Ende einer Sackgasse , also ruhig. In 10 Minuten ist man am See und an Geschäften noch schneller. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Im Ferienhaus war alles so wie beschrieben. Für uns sehr wichtig, es war komplettt eingezäumt. Zum Spazieren gehen mit Hund, gab es sehr schöne Wege um den See und nicht weit von Colico an einem Fluss.

Wir waren mit 5 Kindern im Ferienhaus Iris. Die Aufteilung und Größe des Hauses war perfekt, vor allem das zweite Badezimmer war Gold wert. Lediglich die Betten sind ausbaufähig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand und der Hafen sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Bäckerei sind es zu Fuß auch nur 5 Minuten. Der Garten ist super. Leider konnte er nicht immer genutzt werden, da vor allem in den Abendstunden die Stechmücken über uns hergefallen sind. Der Strand ist wunderschön und bietet viel Platz.

Das Ferienhaus überzeugt durch viel Platz, Gemütlichkeit, der private Rundum-Garten und die superpraktische Lage: schnell am Hafen, im Ort und bei den Freizeitanbietern, Colico hat für Familien und Aktivurlauber viel zu bieten. Die Vermieterin Silvia ist mit Herz und Seele dabei, ihr E-Boot- und Bike-Verleih im Ort haben wir gerne genutzt und auch die Preise waren für uns echt okay. Gerade im Frühling ist der Garten eine Sonnenoase. Zu Fuss kann man morgens Brötchen holen und abends ohne Auto auf ein Glas Wein an Hafen. Dolce Vita
