You enter the holiday flat from the side via a terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains and the lake. The living room is open plan and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV.
On the same level you will also find the bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet. A staircase leads you up to the sleeping gallery, where you will find a comfortable double bed.
The flat is flooded with light and furnished in a modern style.
There you will find children's playgrounds, boat hire, surfing and sailing schools, canoe hire, tennis courts and bowls.
The house with its two flats is also ideal for two couples who want to spend their holidays together and still enjoy privacy.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
