The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In the flats with attic, the standing height is partly restricted.
Each flat has its own entrance via the garden or terrace.
Flat Erica:
A cute maisonette on two levels overlooking the pool: entrance via an access terrace.
With open plan living area and double sofa bed, kitchen with dining area and bathroom.
The double bedroom in the attic is reached via the stairs.
Small garden with sun loungers overlooking the pool integrated into the rock from the living area.
There is a free charging station for electric vehicles.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
