Welcome to the bright holiday flat Ely, a jewel in a modern house in Mezzegra, a popular holiday resort on Lake Como.

The charming flat is located at a fork between a quiet cobbled alley and a street. There is parking below on the street, from where you can walk up the alley and enter the property via the garden. The garden invites you to spend cosy moments outdoors with its lounge chairs and an inviting table.

External steps lead from the garden to the first floor, where the flat is located.
Once inside the flat, a fantastic panoramic balcony opens up in front of you, which is directly accessible from the living room. Here you can relax and let your gaze wander over the surrounding area while enjoying the fresh air of Lake Como.

The highlight of the flat awaits you one floor up. The roof terrace, which offers breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic mountains in all directions. Here you can take a seat in deckchairs and enjoy the magic of this unique landscape.

On entering the flat, you enter the rooms via the hallway on the uphill side. The living area opens onto the lake and is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, two cosy sofas, a dining table and a TV. If required, one of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed for two people to create additional space for guests.

On the mountain side of the flat is the modern bathroom, with two washbasins, large shower, WC and bidet. Next to it is the comfortable double bedroom, which promises peace and relaxation after an eventful day on Lake Como.

The Ely holiday flat therefore offers an ideal combination of stylish design, comfort and functionality for an unforgettable stay on Lake Como.

The nearest beautiful beaches and bathing opportunities are in the surrounding villages, approx. 3-5 km away. These include a beautiful free park in Tremezzo with a bistro pavilion and well-kept lawn for sunbathing and playing with direct access to the lake via steps, the Lido di Lenno lido, other public beaches in Lenno, e.g. next to the Hotel San Giorgio, and the Lido Giardino lido in Menaggio.

The holiday flat is within walking distance of the small lakeside centre with piazza, bar and short lakeside promenade. There is also a small supermarket just down the road.

You can start the famous Greenway del Lago directly from the residence on foot or by mountain bike (hiking trail over approx. 10 km, mostly on paths above and partly on roads and lakeside paths through the It stretches for about 10 km through the villages of Colonno, Sala Comacina, Ossuccio, Lenno, Mezzegra, Tremezzo and Griante, following the old Via Regina).

The friendly owner family lives below the flat. The owners run a pizzeria in the village and are happy to invite you to a cosy pizza evening. However, we would like to ask our guests not to have loud parties on the roof terrace and to be considerate of the neighbours and quiet from 22:00 in the evening.

There are plenty of public car parking spaces for residents directly below the house.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Heating according to consumption €12/day, only if used
- Tourist tax €3 per person/day

Sehr sympathische und herzliche Gastgeber. Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Ort mit einem phantastischen Blick auf den See. Tolle Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und sind sehr erholt wieder abgereist.

Schöne Tage am Comer See Die Lage der Fewo Ely ist sehr gut, der Ausblick auf den See ein Traum. Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters die Dachterrasse nicht nutzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Wohnung war Säuberung zur Begrüßung stand eine große Obstschale auf dem Tisch. So eine nette Geste hatten wir noch nie. Ein kleiner Tipp, in der Wohnung fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel.

Eine wunderschöne Wohung mit einer unglaublich großen, gut ausgestatteten Dachterrasse die einen super Blick auf Berge und See bietet. Die unten lebenden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung war blitzblank sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben nach einigen Erkundungen tolle kurze Wege in der Umgebung (grüner Pfad) gefunden. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung. Besonders der Blick beim Frühstück auf den See hat schon am Morgen für gute Laune gesorgt.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub! Immer wieder gerne! Toller Aussicht, See ist nur ein paar Gehminuten, der Unterkunft ist wunderschön.
