This modern country holiday home is located in a wonderfully peaceful natural setting above Colico. The property borders directly on the forest, and the nearest neighbours are far away – here you can enjoy complete privacy and relaxation.
The spacious garden offers plenty of room to relax and play. Depending on your preferences, there is a covered terrace and a balcony at your disposal. A special highlight is the modern garden kitchen with charcoal grill, ideal for convivial evenings outdoors.
The entire property is completely enclosed by a 1.30 m high wooden fence with wire mesh, making it ideal for pets.
In the spacious hillside garden below the house, you will find a beautiful pool with a wooden deck and comfortable sun loungers – perfect for relaxing hours with a view of nature.

Come in and feel good is the motto here.
The house is furnished in a modern country house style with many natural materials and attention to detail.

You enter the house via the spacious kitchen with dining table and access to the balcony.
There is a fireplace set into the wall with glazing to the kitchen and living room.
The kitchen leads into the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace. A special highlight is the large window front with great views of nature, mountains and lake.
From the living room a staircase leads downstairs.
Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed as well as the twin bedroom with room divider and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The washbasin is open in the hallway.
Next to the entrance area, another staircase leads to the upper floor with bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed as well as bathroom with whirlpool bath.

Below the house is an outdoor pool with a wooden deck and sun loungers. The pool is open from May to September, depending on the weather.

There are numerous swimming spots with sandy beaches to the north and south of Piona Bay, in Colico, as well as unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary.
Surf and kite schools, canoe rentals, stand-up paddleboards, bicycle rentals and electric motorboat rentals are available in and around Colico.

The holiday home is located at the foot of Monte Legnone and is a good starting point for walks, hikes and mountain biking. The mountain road is one of several hiking and mountain biking trails on Colico's local mountain.

The house is modern but cosy, bright, friendly, built and furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality, natural materials.
In particular, the large, well-equipped kitchen and the living room with panoramic window invite you to relax with family or friends at any time of the year.

Your friendly landlord Giovanni and his family live in Colico.

Your vehicle is parked on the enclosed property with space for several cars.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years of age.
- Heating according to consumption, only when used
