Clean lines in the living area, Mediterranean tiles throughout the house, many windows facing the lake and the greenery, cosy open roof beams in the bedrooms upstairs, environmentally conscious heating with wood in the modern heating fireplace: relaxing holidays in harmony with nature.
A covered barbecue area can be used in the garden.

Relaxation is the main focus here, which is why a television was deliberately omitted. For those who cannot or do not want to do without networking on holiday, there is a PC with internet and DVD drive.

The large covered garden terrace leads into the large, light-flooded sea-facing living and dining room with sofa bed and the well-equipped eat-in kitchen on the garden side.
Large French doors lead to the covered terrace with large dining table. A bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.

A stone staircase leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor, with beautiful open roof beams:

From the upper floor you enter the covered furnished open roof lounge with couch area.

The lake can be reached by car in a few minutes - with partly flat beaches in and around Gargnano.
Below is a hotel with pool approx. 150 m away - use on request.

A paradise for those seeking peace and quiet, hikers, nature lovers, horse riders and connoisseurs.
You will find numerous boat rentals on the lake.
The cosy Toscolano Maderno and the dazzling Salò, a successful mixture of medieval fishing village and sophisticated seaside resort, are certainly among the most beautiful places on Lake Garda because they are the most Italian.
Due to the many golf courses on southern Lake Garda, golfers also love this location. The Bogliaco golf course is only 5 minutes away by car, 20 minutes via more comfortable roads.
With small children, some supervision is recommended, as the property is not fenced and the surrounding area is sometimes steeper.
The friendly landlady Raffaela has lovely dogs and is occasionally on site.

You park on your private ground next to the holiday home.
There are two natural stone access roads. One of them is steeper for the last 100 m. Or you can park about 100 m above in the driveway of the property.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 17 years onwards

Wir haben uns mit unserer Familie (insg. 6 Personen) und Hund extrem wohl gefühlt. Ausblick auf den Gardasee genießen, Wandern, gemeinsam kochen und auf der überdachten Veranda sitzen oder auch in die tolle Pizzeria im Ort (Running Club). Sehr nette Vermieterin! Gute Ausstattung des Hauses!

Wer am Gardasee Erholung fernab des Trubels am Ufer , Entspannung, Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die wunderschöne Villa im toskanischen Stil lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier wurde durch die Verwalterin Raffaela an jedes Detail gedacht. Ideal für Eigenversorger. Von hier aus lassen sich die traumhaften Berglandschaften der Lombardei, kleine Buchten am Ufer des Gardasees oder die umliegende Bergseen erkunden. Abends kehrt man dann in die Villa mit Postkarten Ausblick heim. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, gerade wenn man als Familie hier Urlaub macht. Die Villa liegt allerdings sehr abgelegen. Der Anfahrtsweg ist nur über eine sehr steinige Strasse im Wald zu erreichen. Mit einem Sportwagen ist die Anfahrt daher nicht zu bewältigen. Castagneto ist eine Reise wert.

Liebes LaBreva-Team, wir waren jetzt bereits zum 5. Mal in La Casa Castagneto und die Woche war wieder sehr schön. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen am Haus, der Einrichtung,dem liebevollen Service und dem einmalig schönen Ausblick. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Gabriele Renery
