The furnishings are solid wood, the kitchen is brick-built, and the floor is granite and light-coloured tiles.
A brick-built external staircase leads to a lockable cellar for bikes, sports equipment and food.
Not separately fenced off – caution advised with small children and non-swimmers.
Gera Lario is approx. 7 km away, and the route is also easy to cover by bike, on foot or by car.
Pleasant climb with frequent flat sections. In Gera Lario on Lake Como, you will find beautiful flat beaches, some with sand, and good surfing and kitesurfing opportunities, including a surf school with equipment hire.
From your holiday resort in Albonico, you can go hiking, mountain biking and walking.
The flat is also ideal for winter holidays. The hiking and skiing areas of Val Malenco, Madesimo and St. Moritz are also within easy reach for day trips.
Small children require extra attention due to the hillside location and some protruding walls.
There is a small farm in the neighbourhood with a farm shop selling homemade jams, juices, honey and more.
