From almost all rooms you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.
The open, light-flooded living area with couch set, dining area and side, modern kitchen has access to the large terrace balcony.
One of the four bedrooms, with double bed, also has access to the balcony - you will be woken up by the sun and the panoramic view.
The second double bedroom and the two twin bedrooms, as well as the three bathrooms, face the mountain.
Both pools usually warm up a few degrees more than the outside temperature.
The headland of Domaso is below with beautiful shallow beaches and surf, kite and sailboat rental.
Due to the hillside location, there are few, unsecured wall projections - small children require increased supervision here.
There is an information office in the residence with a German-speaking contact person.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
