Description

Welcome to Anna's Lodge, your modern holiday flat on the ground floor of a new building with a total of six flats. Here you can enjoy comfort and an excellent location in the second row to the lake.
Anna's Lodge is on the ground floor and has a side entrance. The flat has a covered terrace facing the lake with its own garden area. Here you will find a dining table and deckchairs, offering you a marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Another small outdoor area is accessible from the bedroom.

Several stairs lead down from the house entrance to the flat with its own entrance. The communal pool is to the right of the flat and can be reached via steps and a covered walkway.

Right next to the building there is an organic shop of Agritourismo Terre, which offers regional and handmade products. There is a public car park to the left of the building and a campsite below the house. The building is situated on a slope and has an underground car park with one parking space as well as parking facilities in front of the house.

The flat is located in the centre of Pianello on the local road.

The entrance to the flat leads directly into the cosy living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchenette is modern and fully equipped. There is room for everyone to dine together at the dining table. The large sofa invites you to relax and can be converted into sleeping accommodation for two people if required. A generous window front offers you a wonderful view of the lake and provides access to the terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.
From the living room, a door leads into a small hallway with a wardrobe. Here you will find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and bidet.
The flat is newly and modernly furnished. Light-coloured tiled floors in the living area and parquet flooring in the bedroom ensure a pleasant living atmosphere. Large windows and a friendly design make the rooms light-flooded and inviting.

The holiday flat offers a communal pool measuring 6m x 2m, surrounded by a small sunbathing lawn. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax while enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. The pool is open seasonally from 1 June to 30 September, depending on the weather conditions.

Pianello del Lario boasts beautiful, partly flat beaches and extensive lakeside promenades. A beach with numerous bathing opportunities, beach cafés and restaurants is just a five-minute walk away. A path leads down to the lake directly to the right of the house.

You will spend your holiday in a great, modern holiday flat in the second row to the lake. You can conveniently leave your car here and still enjoy everything the surrounding area has to offer. Whether you prefer the lake or the pool, the proximity to the water means that all options are open to you. There is a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat, and down by the lake you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and cafés. A fantastic holiday location with countless possibilities awaits you.

Visit the Porto 18 Bar on the jetty in Pianello del Lario. Your landlord Angelo cordially invites you there for a drink or cappuccino and looks forward to your visit.

There is a lockable single garage in the underground car park, which offers space for one car as well as bicycles, surfboards and more. Further parking is available in front of the house and in a public car park just 20 metres away.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following services can be booked in addition:
- Pet 10 € per day
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period April to September from 14 years
