The Martini Vista holiday flat is located on the top floor of a three-storey house with three flats above Varenna

A path from the car park leads down to the house via steps through a natural, lushly planted hillside garden. On the garden side there is a spiral staircase that leads to the roof terrace of the holiday flat and the entrance.

The roof terrace enjoys the late morning sun and is furnished with a table and deckchairs for a relaxed late breakfast, lunch or simply sunbathing. A balcony with panoramic views over Lake Como extends to the lake side. Here you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee or admire the sea of lights of the surrounding mountains in the evening with a martini or a glass of wine.

Outside, a spiral staircase leads up to your holiday flat on the top floor. The entrance to your holiday flat is via the roof terrace on the mountain side. The bedroom with a double bed and the bright and modern bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC are located on the garden side.

On the lake side is the open-plan living area, which is flooded with light and has a large window front providing access to the balcony. Here you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view. The living area is furnished with a large, cosy and high-quality designer sofa bed that offers space for two more people. There is also a coffee table, armchairs, satellite TV, a modern kitchen and a dining table.

The floor in the living area is laid with fine mahogany wood, which gives the room an appealing and high-quality ambience.

A picturesque 2 km long footpath leads down to the lake in Varenna. The lido in Perledo, near Varenna, offers everything you need: a sandy beach with sun loungers and deckchairs as well as a jetty. A restaurant-bar invites you to have breakfast, an aperitif or a drink after dinner. Other public, shallow pebble beaches can be found in the direction of Bellano. Boat hire is available in Varenna, while a kitesurfing school can be found in Bellano.
The Martini Vista holiday flat lets you stay above the lake with a dream view and yet you can reach the famous Varenna in just a few minutes.
A paradise for hikers and mountain bikers, for those seeking peace and quiet and cultural travellers who like to retreat to their own private realm.

The holiday flat is located on a slope and is accessible via stairs and is therefore only partially suitable for people with restricted mobility. Increased supervision is required for small children.
You park your car above the house on the street in a leaf-covered car park. You can reach the external staircase of your holiday flat via the garden steps towards the lake after approx. 30 m.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
