The Martini Giardino holiday flat is located on the middle floor of a three-storey house with three flats above Varenna,
on the garden side at ground level to the side and rear garden, on the lake side with balcony.

A path from the car park leads down to the house via steps through a natural, lushly planted hillside garden.

The holiday flat offers a picturesque view of the lake directly from the living room. A conservatory illuminated at night with cosy fairy lights invites you to admire the sea of lights of the surrounding mountains over a glass of wine. The panoramic lake view invites you to relax. One bedroom also offers access to a panoramic balcony from which you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the garden side and is accessible through a rustic wooden door. The entrance area leads to a hallway from which the various rooms can be reached.

On the garden side you will find the kitchen and a double bedroom with its own bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.

On the lake side, you will find a spacious living room with an inviting fireplace, a cosy area with modern designer sofas and TV as well as a dining table. Adjacent is a conservatory with panoramic views and a table with breathtaking views of the lake.

The second double bedroom has a small balcony with panoramic views of the lake and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.

The floors in the bedrooms, kitchen and hallways are made of oak and there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

A picturesque 2 km long footpath leads down to the lake in Varenna. The lido in Perledo, near Varenna, has everything you need: a sandy beach with sun loungers and deckchairs as well as a jetty. A restaurant-bar invites you to have breakfast, an aperitif or a drink after dinner. Other public, shallow pebble beaches can be found in the direction of Bellano. Boat hire is available in Varenna, while a kitesurfing school can be found in Bellano.
The Martini Giardino holiday flat lets you stay above the lake with a dream view and yet you can reach the famous town of Varenna in just a few minutes.
A paradise for hikers and mountain bikers, for those seeking peace and quiet and cultural travellers who like to retreat to their own private realm.

The holiday flat is located on a slope and is accessible via stairs and is therefore only partially suitable for people with restricted mobility. Increased supervision is required for small children.
You park your car above the house on the street in a leaf-covered car park.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
