From the driveway, a staircase leads up to the front door, which opens directly into the spacious living area. This area features a modern, open-concept kitchen, an inviting dining area, and a comfortable living area with a TV. From here, you have direct access to the covered terrace and the expansive garden with a pool.
On the ground floor on the mountain side, there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. On the lake side is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. Also on this side is another bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms have access to a spacious balcony with comfortable lounge chairs.
On the mountain side is a twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as another bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
The villa’s furnishings are new, bright, and modern. The open, spacious floor plan and the light-colored stone flooring give the rooms a particularly pleasant and stylish atmosphere.

The pool is solar-heated, ensuring a pleasant swimming experience even on cooler days. Nestled in the spacious garden, surrounded by lush greenery and well-maintained outdoor areas, it invites you to relax and unwind in a quiet, private atmosphere.
The lake and beaches are about a 5-minute drive away and are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.

You can park your vehicles on the fenced-in property. A driveway leads through a remote-controlled gate for about 50 meters to the villa. You can park in the driveway, which has space for up to 6 vehicles.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

- Visitor's tax: €1 per person per day
