On the ground floor on the mountain side, there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. On the lake side is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. Also on this side is another bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms have access to a spacious balcony with comfortable lounge chairs.
On the mountain side is a twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as another bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
The villa’s furnishings are new, bright, and modern. The open, spacious floor plan and the light-colored stone flooring give the rooms a particularly pleasant and stylish atmosphere.
The lake and beaches are about a 5-minute drive away and are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.
Colico, located at the northern end of Lake Como, offers a variety of swimming options for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers alike. North and south of Piona Bay, numerous swimming spots—some with sandy beaches—invite you to sunbathe and swim. Particularly popular are the natural shoreline areas around the mouth of the Adda River, where pristine beaches and a peaceful atmosphere prevail.

On-site, you’ll find surf and kite schools, canoe and stand-up paddleboard rentals, electric motorboats, and bike rentals for tours along the lake or into the Valtellina.
