You will be enchanted by the impressive view of the magnificent, hilly landscape of the "Lime Riviera" with olive groves and the blue lake. The modern villa is situated on the approx. 10000 sqm terrain with approx. 1,000
olive trees, together with an antique villa, is part of the listed estate, which has been ingeniously restored and converted into an exclusive holiday residence for those seeking peace and quiet. Ancient arcades recall the history of the stately home. A generously designed pool area, as well as an exclusive wellness oasis with outdoor whirlpool and shower, offer a variety of possibilities for relaxation in a private atmosphere. A large terrace with dining area as well as the magnificent garden area offer you pure holiday enjoyment.
Enjoy the relaxed bustle on the lake with the many sailing boats or the romantic atmosphere in the evening with twinkling lights in the villages around the lake.

A villa with an exclusive and elegant ambience that is hardly lacking in technical finesse.

The interesting architectural layout and tasteful design of the rooms make your stay a living experience. On the ground floor is the large, light-flooded living and dining area with a large table and comfortable seating area. Large panoramic glass fronts open up a magnificent view of the lake from the conservatory across the terrace. The spacious kitchen is located at the rear of the conservatory. It is modern and comfortably equipped with a large professional gas cooker, espresso machine and wine refrigerator. For cosy evenings there is an atmospheric
atmospheric fireplace corner with an electronically controlled window fireplace.

There are three sleeping areas in the villa: Modern and spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The luxurious bathrooms with high-quality, colour-harmonious marble floors are equipped with feel-good rain showers, some with an extra whirlpool and SAT-DV.

The spacious wellness area in the basement offers relaxation: indulge yourself in the Finnish sauna or the large whirlpool. The relaxation area is equipped with comfortable rattan loungers. There is also a shower area with WC.

The pool is open and heatable from Easter until the end of October and otherwise on request. The pool is approx. 1.30 deep. The whirlpool is approx. 2.5 m x 2 m.
"Tenuta le Selve" is ideal for demanding peace seekers who value exclusive interiors and do not want to miss high-tech in all areas: SAT-TV and DVD in almost all rooms, windows, curtains as well as sun awnings in the winter garden can be controlled electronically by remote control.
With non-swimming toddlers, increased attention is required at both pools.
There is parking for your vehicles inside the property.

Toscolano Moderno/Lake Garda: municipality in the province of Brescia - nestled in the "Riviera dei Limoni" lemon riviera and part of the "Parco Alto Garda Bresciano" regional park, the region is characterised by its ancient history, including a Roman villa and the parish church of Maderno. The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
