The Rustico-Villa Rivetta is situated in the picturesque town of Rezzonico in an exclusive location directly on the lake, on the tip of a headland.
Rezzonico, nestled against the rocky slope and with idyllic alleyways, is only accessible by car in the upper part of the town.
Rivetta means "little shore".  Enjoy the idyll and romance of the place far away from tourism and get to know Italy from its very original side. The domicile is accessible via
idyllic lanes with a few steps down to the lake. From the villa and the stone garden with several terrace levels, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the lake, the villages opposite and the mountains.
The numerous natural stone terraces, green areas and a partially covered outdoor seating area facing south with romantic natural stone facades, winter garden-like glazing, a barbecue area and a dining area offer dreamlike opportunities around the domicile to enjoy the sun and lake ambience depending on the time of day. This outdoor seating area makes it possible to spend wonderful evenings by the lake even in cooler seasons.
Close to the centre of the lake, the location offers almost inexhaustible possibilities of entertaining excursions, shopping and restaurant visits. In the neighbourhood there are villas and houses in the same,
terraced, typical Lombard architectural style. Well-known and famous villas such as Villa Carlotta or Balbianello are in the immediate vicinity. The popular golf course Menaggio & Cadenabbia is only 20 min. away.

This villa has a fascinating architecture, which is determined by the rocky subsoil.

Villa Rivetta has four living and sleeping levels.
On the different levels, you have a wonderful view through many, large windows on the lake side and daylight floods the rooms unhindered.
With stylish natural wood and partly antique furniture and is with nautical accessories. The floors are made of wood and Lombardy cotto.

Due to the hillside location, the entrance is on the first floor:
On the top floor there is a large sleeping area: quadruple room with double bed, a sleeping gallery with two single beds and a bathroom with shower (bathroom 1).
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath (bathroom 2), the large living room with panoramic windows and doors to the lake side with balcony, and side access to two terraces with deck chairs and table.

A bathroom belongs to the living area, from the living area granite steps lead down to the cooking level on the first floor with comfortable eat-in kitchen with integrated dining area and access to one of the terraces.

Additional flat Rivettina with small kitchen-living room and a double bedroom and double sofa bed (1.40 m wide). is on the ground floor is accessible from the outside, as well as bathroom with bath/shower enclosure.
The sauna with washroom is on the ground floor.

You can access the lake via a few steps. A footpath that winds around the headland over natural rocks ends at your domicile - an oasis for those seeking relaxation.
This villa is a unique gem on Lake Como. The fascinating architecture, the harmonious furnishings, the spaciousness of the rooms and the exceptionally idyllic location will all make your holiday a special experience. The large amount of space offers, for example, friendly families and/or couples the opportunity to spend their holidays together.

Rezzonico is a window to days gone by, the romantic alleys, the historic buildings and the original way of life of the local inhabitants will take you back to a time when the clocks ran slower and people took their time for what they liked to do.

Let the wonderful view of the lake intoxicate you and enjoy a wonderful time full of relaxation and harmony. Even in winter you can use the lake as a natural dip after a sauna session, a tingling experience. Villa Rivetta is recommended every year.
Due to the location on the lake and the many steps, the villa may be less suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties, or may require increased supervision.
Parking spaces for your vehicle are available above the villa in the village. There are many parking spaces at the entrance to the village.

The most important sub-villages are Rezzonico, Acquaseria and Sant' Abbondio and are characterised by picturesque waterfront promenades, beautiful beaches and sights. Acquaseria is the main town of the municipality of San Siro with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés.
