Your holiday home is situated in an inspiring hillside location with panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
On the living level there is a large terrace with dining table, a small garden with deck chairs and a lounge area.
To the side of the house, stairs lead up to the other entrance and into the large panoramic garden with conservatory.
The garden offers plenty of space to relax and play. The conservatory is furnished with a bar, dining table, lounge chairs and sports equipment and inspires with magnificent views.

Total area approx. 340 m²- inside approx. 140 m²- outside approx. 200 m².

The house is modern and generously furnished. The large windows in the living room and kitchen provide a lot of light and offer a wonderful view of the lake.
From the garage and parking area, you can go up the stairs to the garden with a large terrace with dining table and lounge area.
There are two entrances: via the terrace into the kitchen or you go up another level via the external staircase to the left of the house and reach an entrance door with hallway to the bedrooms.
The spacious open living room with kitchen, dining table, fireplace and sofa corner has two large panoramic windows overlooking the lake with fantastic views and lots of light. The furnishings are modern but cosy and the decor well thought out. The kitchen with kitchen island is very well equipped, in the middle of the room is the large dining table. The living area is large with a couch, bookshelf and TV. From there the stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with sink, toilet/bidet and shower.
Upstairs, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms - the master bedroom with large picture window and lake view, another double bedroom and a single bedroom and a large bathroom with washbasin, WC/bidet and basin with shower. A separate entrance leads outside from the hallway.
Above the house is the conservatory, fully glazed with magnificent panoramic views, with bar, sports equipment, lounge furniture and dining set.

Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long shore paths as well as good water sports facilities - about 1 km away.
The house has a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Como and the mountains.
The high-tech furnishings have been thought out down to the last detail.
The conservatory is a real highlight and invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together in any weather.
The stairs to the winter garden require increased supervision for small children.
There are two private garage parking spaces and charging facilities for an e-car.

    Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus Verde entsprach zu 100% den Beschreibungen und hat unsere Erwartung getroffen. Der Ausblick wirklich herrlich! Es war alles vorhanden was man braucRead more..ht, um ein paar wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Und Flavio der Vermieter hat sofort auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ist sehr eng, aber das ist nun mal die Gegend. Man sollte eher mit einem kleinen PKW anreisen ! Aber auch da waren wir vorbereitet durch Flavios Vorabvideo. Ansonsten sind wir sehr gut zu allen unseren Ausflugeszielen gelangt.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem wundeRead more..rbaren Ambiente und bietet allen Komfort. Es hat eine perfekte Lage mit herrlichem Blick über den See und auf die umliegenden Berge. Der See ist zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar. Überhaupt ist der Strandabschnitt Pianello del Lario wunderschön mit tollen Bade- und Wassersportmöglichkeiten und ist dennoch nicht überfüllt. WIr haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche genossen und uns Flavios Haus von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Regina und Hans-Christian Schmidt

Das Ferienhaus entspricht den Beschreibungen und hat eine traumRead more..hafte Lage in ruhigerer Gegend in erhöhter Lage zum See. Die Einrichtung entspricht komplett den Bilder und ist sehr sauber und modern. Auch die Ausstattung in Küche ist hervorragend. Der Garten und der erhöhte Garten mit Wintergarten bieten einen grandiosen Blick auf den Comer See. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt (gut für Hunde geeignet). Alls Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung sind Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc. vorhanden. Man ist jedoch aufgrund der erhöhten Lage auf ein Auto angewiesen (bis auf einen kleinen Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar, ca. 20 min.)

Das Haus lässt Träume wahr werden und der Blick aus den Fenstern ist jedesmal überwältigend . Super ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet… auch die Gartenanlage und die Terrasse und Sitzplätze sind perfekt. Besonders beeindruckend ist auch der Party und Fitness Raum mit uneingeschränktem Rundumblick .

Consumables and services

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period from June to September from 14 years of age
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
