Holiday flat Tivano is on the ground floor of a charming Lombard country house with two holiday flats, individually modernised with private charm and ambience. With several outdoor areas as a true holiday paradise: The furnished terrace at the entrance of the holiday flat, the richly planted garden with playground and sunbathing lawn with brick dining table, barbecue and deckchairs directly on the
lake. The large lake terrace half with dining table and sun loungers as a highlight. The name Tivano is known for the wind on Lake Como - your holiday address is also an oasis for versatile water sports - sailing, surfing, kiting, rowing with kayak, canoe or simply with the air mattress. Stairs with a garden gate lead to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Breva holiday home, uphill is the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car workshop and parking spaces.

Furnished with Lombard furniture in an old/new mix, bright and friendly. The whole house has tiled floors. 
 
Via the seaside garden terrace you enter the living and dining area with kitchen in your holiday flat.
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area.
The double bedroom is on the lake side and leads to the bathroom with shower.

A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the flat natural pebble beach and lakeside path.
Great value for money - friendly landlord family who also use the shared property at times with family/friends.
The large property is often used alone - everyone is welcome.
For water sports enthusiasts an oasis with lots of space and opportunities.
Private parking at the house, access via a large gate from the shore road.

Domaso: Old fishing village with picturesque alleys, long promenade, beautiful beaches and a good offer of water sports. The municipality consists of two parts separated by the Livo River. To the north is the marina, waterfront promenade, beaches with numerous sports and play facilities. To the south is the waterfront and the old fishing port. The old town hall Villa Camilla is often the centre of beautiful events for the whole family.

    Das Objekt liegt zwischen 2 Orten direkt an der Küstenstraße. Bäcker, Supermärkte sowie die Schiffsanlegestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermiter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das große gut gepRead more..flegte Grundstück bietet mehrere Außensitzplätze, die je nach Bedarf genutzt werden können und eine Sonnenterrasse - man hat das Gefühl direkt über dem Wasser zu sitzen, wundervoll. Das Grundstück hat einen Direktzugang zum See, was dort nur sehr selten möglich ist. Die kleine Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, im Schlafzimmer haben wir es nicht als zu laut empfunden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Auch die Vermieter wareRead more..n sehr zuvorkommend. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist jedoch das Schlafzimmer im "kleinen" Appartement, bzw. die Schlafzimmerwand, die ja die Aussenwand zur Hauptstrasse ist. So war es auch nachts sehr laut und das hat die Erholung doch gemindert, da wir keine NAcht durch geschlafen haben. Hinzu kam auch noch, dass die Matrazen extrem hart waren (selbst mein Mann, der gerne auf harten Matrazen schläft, hatte Rückenprobleme). Hier wäre eine weichere Auflage sehr sinnvoll. Hinsichtlich des nächtlichen Lärms gibt es wohl keine Abhilfe :-(

    Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche in dieser Unterkunft, die mit dem wunderschönen Garten und dem direkten Seezugang Urlaubsfreude pur garantiert. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Das SchRead more..lafzimmer in der unteren Wohnung haben wir nicht als laut empfunden; lediglich die Matratze ist zu hart. Ansonsten findet man alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist mit vielen unterschiedlichen und bequemen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet und es gibt Schattenplätze, eine tolle Sonnenterrasse, Schirme usw. Man kann zu Fuß einkaufen; Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Schiff erreicht man alles innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten. Das Auto braucht man absolut nicht, was wir als sehr wohltuend empfunden haben.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
