Flat Breva is the southern part of a charming Lombard country house with two holiday flats, individually modernised with private charm and ambience. Several outdoor areas as a true holiday paradise: The covered furnished terrace at the entrance of the holiday home, the richly planted garden with playground and sunbathing lawn with brick-built dining table, barbecue and deck chairs directly on the lake. The large lake terrace half with dining table and deckchairs as a highlight. The name Breva is known for the popular southerly wind on Lake Como - your holiday address is also an oasis for versatile
water sports - sailing, surfing, kiting, rowing with kayak, canoe or simply with the air mattress. Stairs with a garden gate lead to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Tivano holiday flat, uphill is the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car workshop and parking spaces.

A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the lakeside path and the shallow pebble beach.
Great value for money - friendly landlord family who also use the shared property at times with family/friends.
The large property is often used alone - everyone is welcome.
For water sports enthusiasts an oasis with lots of space and opportunities.
Private parking at the house, access via a large gate from the shore road.

Domaso: Old fishing village with picturesque alleys, long promenade, beautiful beaches and a good offer of water sports. The municipality consists of two parts separated by the Livo River. To the north is the marina, waterfront promenade, beaches with numerous sports and play facilities. To the south is the waterfront and the old fishing port. The old town hall Villa Camilla is often the centre of beautiful events for the whole family.

    Die Wohnung ist nett und ansprechend, sehr sauber und mit guten Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse direkt am See, einen schönen Garten und noch eine überdachte TerraRead more..sse direkt am Eingang der Wohnung. Der Vermieter Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und man hört den Verkehr im Haus - dies war nicht so schön.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
