The holiday home Villa Tschuetta is located above the surfer's paradise Sorico, a former fishing village in the sunny north of Lake Como. Villa Tschuetta offers space for 2 families on three floors. From the upper floors you have beautiful lake and mountain views, surrounding balconies to the south and east. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for leisure games and
peace seekers, with a small lake view and all-round mountain view. A brick barbecue, a vine-covered pergola with dining table and deck chairs, a marble dining table with benches, - the ideal place to unwind.
In the neighbourhood are other residential houses and meadows, a picturesque path leads into the village, with small shops, restaurants, cafés and a beautiful sandy beach. The village road runs shielded by other residential houses about 150 m below the holiday home.

The holiday home Villa Tschuetta has been carefully furnished and continuously supplemented by the British-Swiss owners over many years.
Mediterranean elements such as the light tiled floor, antique solid wood furniture, carpentry and modern furniture have been combined to create a solid and comfortable ensemble.

The entrance to the holiday home is via a few steps or coming from the garage via the staircase.

On the ground floor mezzanine, the hallway leads into the well-equipped kitchen-dining room, with access to the living room, with seating area, fireplace and access to the L-shaped long balcony facing the lake, stairs lead to the garden. 
Sleeping area: 3 double bedrooms garden side, two with access to the balcony, modern bathroom with shower. second bathroom with shower is on the garden level.

Upper floor: one double bedroom with bathroom and shower, living room and sea-facing balcony. Sleeping mattress as extra bed possible.

A sandy beach is about 300 m away.
A public pool on the lake is in the neighbouring village of Gera-Lario.
The Lido pool is open from early June to mid-September (weather permitting).
The Villa Tschuetta holiday home offers peace-seekers, active and cultural holidaymakers an idyllic oasis very close to the few sandy beaches on Lake Como, - ideal for surfers, beach cyclists, mountain bikers, kayakers, horse riders, tennis enthusiasts and much more.
Ideal also for two families, each enjoying their own floor with separate living room and space to sit together, both in the house and in the garden.
Children and adults will enjoy a selection of board games.
The landlords use the holiday home themselves for their holidays, and the quality of all the fixtures and fittings is high.
Garage with two parking spaces and one outside parking space in the property. The property and garage are electrically remote controlled.

Charging e-cars at the domicile is not permitted. Nearest public e-car charging station approx. 450m away.

Sorico: Former fishing village with a few restaurants. The village is situated on the Boschetto headland with Colico to the east and Gera Lario/Sorico to the west. Green, sunny region away from any hustle and bustle and is part of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve.
- Highlights: Wonderful tranquillity and nature on the Pian di Spagnia plain between Lake Como and Lake Mezzola and along the River Mera.
- Infrastructure: Train connection from Colico, large supermarket with shopping centre near Colico, small grocery shops, restaurants, weekly market in Colico and Gera Lario
- Entertainment possibilities: Boat trips from Colico to the centre of the lake, sports and nature excursions.

    Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt, was auch wichtig war, weil an zwei Tagen schwere Gewitter mit Dauerregen waren, sodass es unumgänglich war, sich längere Zeit im Haus aufzuhalten. Read more..Der See war anschließend leider nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet, da sehr viel Treibgut unterwegs war. Aber auch am See statt im See war es sehr schön.

    Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Kann man nur empfehlen.

    Auch für junge Gruppen geeignet. Es hat viel Platz für alle und man kann gut mit zwei Fahrzeugen anreisen. Der See ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung und lies nicht zu wünsRead more..chen übrig. Zur Übergabe wurden wir freundlich empfangen und es war alles Ordentlich gereinigt.

    Meine Schwester und ich waren mit unserer Mutter und unseren Ehemännern in diesem schönen Haus für zwei Wochen. Es fehlte an nichts und es war blitzsauber vom Keller bis in die kleinste Ecke des GarteRead more..ns. Durch die drei Stockwerke hatte jeder seinen Rückzugsort, ob im Garten unter der schönen Laube, ganz oben auf dem Balkon oder zum Fernsehschauen im Wohnzimmer. Zwei Pizzerien sind zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allem, was man so braucht. Auch Brötchen und Kuchen gab es dort schon ab 7 Uhr morgens. Ein sehr großer Supermarkt befindet sich in Colico, ca. 10 Autominuten. Ein größerer Wochenmarkt ist freitags ebenso in Colico. Der Rasen wurde zwischendurch einmal gemäht, da wäre es schön gewesen, wenn wir vorher Bescheid bekommen hätten, da unser Hund frei im Hof/Garten war und wir einkaufen waren. Zum Gassigehen ist es nur um die Ecke. Viele Hunde in der Umgebung. Leider bellen die auch... aber wir würden nochmals hingehen! Empfehlenswert!

Sollten wir wieder an den Comer See fahren ist das unsere erste Wahl.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
