Integrated on the edge of a picturesque hamlet, this charming holiday home offers fascinating views of the lake and mountains. The sunny hillside location surrounded by nature gives this place a special atmosphere. The holiday home is located on the edge of a mountain village, around 800 metres from the lake and the centre of Pianello, which can be easily reached on foot or by car.

The house has several outdoor areas: A charming courtyard with seating welcomes you at the entrance. A roof terrace, which can be reached from the outside via a staircase, offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake.
The unspoilt garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants invites you to relax on the sun deck. A small reading balcony by the sleeping area offers additional comfort.

There is a large room in the annex, ideal for yoga, music, gymnastics and other activities.

Paths lead across the extensive garden, which are occasionally used by other residents.

Exceptional holiday home with a fascinating ambience - pure Italy.

Experience the magic of Italy in this spacious and stylishly furnished holiday home. This impressive accommodation combines modern design with historical elements and offers you a unique holiday experience close to the lake.

You enter the flat either from the picturesque lake side or through the idyllic inner courtyard. The light-flooded living room on the ground floor invites you to linger by the open fireplace. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has a cosy dining table set, perfect for sociable evenings. Two elegant bathrooms offer every comfort: one with a shower and one with a shower, WC and washing machine.
A historic steep staircase leads to the upper bedrooms. Here you will find a double bedroom with a marvellous lake view and a twin bedroom, also on the lake side, with a connecting door to another twin bedroom on the garden side.

The flat is bright and modern, with lovely historical accents. The ground floor is laid with elegant stone tiles, while warm parquet flooring on the upper floor creates a cosy atmosphere. Thanks to the central heating on the ground floor, you can enjoy cosy warmth even on cooler days.

Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long shore paths - approx. 800 m away.
In 5 - 10 min. you walk along beautiful paths into the village and to the beaches.
Ideal for families and travel groups with exceptional living and holiday sense, hikers and mountain bikers. The landlady Barbara is a yoga teacher. The stairs to the sleeping area are steep and not fall-proof. Individual wall protrusions in front of the house and on the property may require increased supervision with children.
There is a weekend studio in the rear garden area with permanent tenants.
There is a public car park about 150 metres from the house at the entrance to the village. Steps and natural stone paving lead to the holiday home. The village is largely car-free.

Pianello del Lario: network of small, unspoilt mountain and lakeside villages on the western shore of Lake Como, centred on the seaside resort of Calozzo.

    Das Ferienhaus "TreTerre" ist wunderschön gelegen. Von Balkon und Garten hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf See und Berge, aber man kommt fußläufig zum See und zum kleinen Supermarkt. Das Dorf PianellRead more..o de Lario ist sehr ruhig und nicht von Touristen überlaufen. An der örtlichen Strandpromenade befinden sich eine nette Pizzeria, eine witzige Strandbar und ein weiteres Restaurant. Einmal am Tag legt die Fähre Richtung Menaggio ab und direkt im Ort beginnen mehrere Wanderwege. Dies sind alles gute Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist auch innen gemütlich und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle im oberen Stock, der allerdings mit einer relativ steilen Treppe zu erreichen ist. Die beiden Bäder sind dagegen unten. Das Kinderschlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist ein gefangenes Zimmer, welches nur durch das Elternschlafzimmer betreten werden kann. Wer gerne kocht, sollte sich vielleicht ein paar Schneidebretter und scharfe Messer mitbringen, ansonsten funktioniert alles prima. Die Vermieterin, Barbara Bosetta, ist sehr nett und hat uns auch nach der verspäteten Ankunft freundlich empfangen. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber übernommen und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

    Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick auf den See, besonders von Balkon und vom Garten aus. Der Garten wird von weiteren Parteien mit genutzt, jeder hat aber seinen Teil. Schlicht, abeRead more..r stilvoll ausgestatteter Innenbereichen und gut bestückte Küche mit schönem Geschirr und schönen Gläsern. Die Vermieterin Barbara, die die obere Etage des Hauses (separater Zugang) am Wochenende bewohnte, war sehr hilfsbereit.

Zwichendurch haben uns unsere erwachsenen Kinder besucht und auch dafür ist das Haus mit zwei Bädern und drei Schlafzimmern ideal und flexibel nutzbar. Der morgendliche Gang zum Bäcker, der Weg zum Restaurant oder zur Schiffsanlegestelle am Strand sind idyllisch und gut zu bewältigen, so daß man das Auto tagelang unbewegt stehen lassen kann. Die Vermieter sind super nett, bei Gelegenheit gibt es eine Yogastunde von Barbara oder eine Tasse Espresso beim Senior :-) Einzig einen Stern Abzug für das fehlende WLAN - aber der Erholung und Entspannung tut das keinen Abbruch - im Gegenteil... A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
