The holiday home del Sole is situated in a garden oasis above Colico. Near the bay of Piona in a beautiful hillside location with a view of the surrounding mountain scenery, surrounded by nature: meadows, fields and a mountain stream, some residential houses in the neighbourhood. An idyllic, large garden with many palm trees, fruit trees and flowering shrubs awaits you. On the garden side is the solar-heated, underwater-lit pool and the children's pool as well as the garden playground equipment with a view of the local mountain Monte Legnone, the lake and the Alpine panorama. The holiday home has a large partially covered terrace with garden furniture,
sun loungers, parasol and garden barbecue. There is a wide balcony on the lake side. Above the pool is the holiday home Casa Bellavista with four accommodation units. The pool is shared by the guests of both houses.

The village and the beaches are about 5 minutes by car.

Total area approx. 112 m² - inside approx. 62 m² - outside approx. 50. m² - communal garden approx. 2500 m².

The living rooms and bedrooms have parquet flooring, the bathrooms have tiled floors.

The sun terrace leads into the bright living and dining area with fitted kitchen on the side, living area with double sofa bed on the lake side with access to the wide balcony with small lake view.

The bathroom is with small bath/shower enclosure.

The pool is solar heated and extra fenced. The toddler pool is max. 35 cm deep, solar heated.
The pool is open from Easter to mid-September depending on the weather, other times on request.
Colico has several stretches of beach, mostly shallow and partly sandy.
Casa del Sole is an ideal bathing, summer and leisure domicile, a garden paradise for everyone: during the school holidays, a family domicile for all generations - many experience this holiday paradise as quiet and relaxing. Outside the school holidays, garden lovers get their money's worth. Well-kept holiday flats for holiday savers: bed linen is provided (to be changed yourself). Landlords speak German and can be reached by telephone.
The vehicles are parked in the plot next to the holiday home in illuminated parking spaces.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Wir waren im September mit zwei Familien in den Ferienwohnungen Sole 1&2. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und toll gepflegt. Vor allem der Kinderpool und der Spielplatz mit der Nähe zu unseren TerraRead more..ssen waren optimal für uns und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Ich kann die Ferienwohnungen nur empfehlen, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und auch der Vermieter war sehr nett. Ebenso der Kontakt und die Beratung bei la Breva. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

    Ich habe mit meinen Kindern 7 Tage hier verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung war toll und großzügig für 4 Personen. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Wer "High-techn" erwartet, ist fehl am PlatRead more..z. Aber WLAN und Flachbildfernseher haben lediglich die Kids vermisst. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden gern im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen. Einziger Tipp: wenn der Nachbar seine Akazien zurück schneidet, würde man einen direkten Blick auf den See haben....und das wär wohl das i-Tüpfelchen....

    der Urlaub am Comer See war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir würden da gern wieder einmal in Urlaub hinfahren.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
