Welcome to the Sale & Pepe studio flat - a modern and cosy holiday flat for two people in the heart of Gravedona and only 30m from the shore. Upon entering the flat, you immediately feel a friendly atmosphere, complemented by modern details and furnishings to make you feel at home.

The spacious bathroom is located just to the left of the entrance and has a shower and a bidet. In the living room you will find the large fold-out double bed with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa. Opposite the bed is a large corner cupboard with mirror and a table with chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen including oven, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster offers you enough space and possibilities for self-catering.

The Sale&Pepe studio flat is an ideal choice for those looking for a modern holiday flat to fully enjoy their stay on Lake Como.

The beaches in the area are shallow and covered with pebbles and stones. They are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing while enjoying the crystal clear water. A special highlight is the small beach called Spiaggia Mazzagallo about 100 m away at Palazzo Gallio, which is a real gem due to its seclusion and tranquillity. The nearest beach is only a 15-minute walk behind Palazzo Gallio or you can also walk to the small port of Porticciolo, which is only a 10-minute walk away. There you can enjoy the sun and the sea in a private atmosphere. Two bicycles are available to guests free of charge for the entire stay.
As a guest of our studio Sale & Pepe, you can discover the beauty of Gravedona and its surroundings. There are numerous places and natural beauties waiting to be explored by you. In addition, you will be looked after by our extremely nice and sympathetic landlords, who will be happy to help you with any questions or requests you may have.
A free public car park is located 90 metres from the accommodation. If you arrive by electric car, there is a charging station just 750 metres away.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
