The picturesque holiday home Rustico degli Ulivi (Olive Grove) is located south of Colico at the foot of the medieval village of Olgiasca overlooking the bay of Piona. The holiday home has large terraces, sun loungers, an open-air Jacuzzi below the large sun terrace and a large wild and romantic hillside garden with olive trees. Isolated residential houses and beautiful nature are in the neighbourhood. Above the property is a residential house with truck parking, on the opposite side of the bay is the lakeside road leading to Colico.

The Rustico holiday home has been extensively renovated in a modern country house style.

Modern-rustic and well-kept, this holiday home presents itself to its guests.
The walls are painted in warm colours using a wiping technique.
A stone cellar is available for storing wine and food.
From the furnished terrace you enter the living area with sofa bed.
The bedroom leads to the upper terrace.

The cosy living area on the ground floor: the living area with couch (sleeping accommodation for 1 person), an eat-in kitchen with dining table await you. Next to the living area is the modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. From the living area you reach the wine cellar and the large furnished terrace with brick barbecue. A wooden staircase with railing leads you to the attic with double bedroom and raised extra bed for a child. Due to the hillside location, the bedroom also has access to the upper panoramic terrace.

Within the bay of Piona, in the district of Laghetto near Colico, there are several shallow stretches of beach, some with sand, approx. 1.5 km away.
A fine pebble beach with a wide view to the south is below Olgiasca on the south side - distance approx. 700 m.
The Rustico degli Ulivi lets you stay in a green hillside location and yet you can reach Olgiasca, the picturesque Corenno Plinio with its castle, Piona and Colico and many other beautiful neighbouring villages in just a few minutes.
You can park your car on the private property directly in front of the holiday home.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Lage, super Kommunikation zur Vermieterin. Gerne wieder :). Was mir besonders positiv bzw. negativ aufgefallen ist: Pro: - Das Haus war sehr gut vorbereitRead more..et und sauber - Die Küche ist mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee …Spültabs, Spülmittel usw. ausgestattet - Im Bad sind Seife, Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel etc. vorhanden - Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight und auch mit Kindern super zu nutzen Contra: - Die Eingangstüre scheint defekt zu sein und liess sich nur sehr schwer öffnen - Das BBQ, welches aus drei Grillplatten besteht ist nur noch mit einer Grillplatte nutzbar (restliche Platten waren zerbrochen) - die WLAN- Verbindung ist sehr langsam (wobei man im Urlaub auch gern darauf verzichten kann ;) ) Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Klasse wäre, wenn zumindest eine der beiden Türen im Schlafzimmer mit Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet wären, so könnte man Nachts den Stechmücken vorbeugen

An den Wochenenden und in der Hauptsaison kann es von der viel befahrenen Straße die unterhalb verbeiführt etwas laut werden aber auch das war kein Thema für uns. Lage des Hauses zu den nächsten Ortschaften und zu Restaurants ist sehr gut. Man wohnt ausserhalb und ist trotzdem mittendrin.

    Wir haben uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus, die Anlage drum herum und der Blick auf den Comersee sind einfach ein Wucht. Ganz große Klasse! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
