There are three outdoor areas with fantastic views to choose from: the stone terrace with barbecue, the garden on the bungalow roof and the garden to the front facing the lake with a great old stone - all a highlight in itself.

There are mostly flat beaches along the river Mera as well as in Gera Lario.
With children's playgrounds, boat hire, surfing and sailing school, canoe hire, tennis, boccia.
You will find an oasis of tranquillity here with a fantastic view far over the lake and mountain world.
The location is ideal as a starting point for hikes, walks or mountain biking. Also popular with paragliders.

The landlords live in the village below and are cordial and obliging.
The approach is via a partially single-lane mountain road.
Your car is parked at your bungalow, other parking spaces in the area.
The driveway is tarred up to the house.

    Der Ausblick ist wunderschön.. Was leider nicht erwähnt wird , ist, dass auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück sich ein weiteres Haus befindet, was auch genutzt wird. So waren an 2 von 5 Tagen recht viele uRead more..nbekannte Menschen auf dem kleinen Grundstück, was insbesondere für uns mit unserer jungen Hündin eher schwierig war. Insgesamt bewerten wir das Preisleistungsverhältnis als überhöht.

Die Anfahrt zuRead more..m Haus ist teilweise nur eine Fahrbahn und mit sehr vielen, sehr engen Kurven. Für ungeübte Fahrer oder sehr große Autos etwas schwierig. Es liegt auch etwas außerhalb (ca.10KM) auf dem Berg vom Centrum entfernt.

Was man wissen sollte: Zwischen der Hausterasse und dem Garten zum See liegt ein öffentlicher Wanderweg, der vermutlich zur Hochsaison von Wanderern und Moutainbikern genutzt wird. Jetzt Anfang Mai war es aber sehr ruhig.

Wir sind ein paar mal Wandern/Spazieren gegangen, zum See runter fährt man ein Stück aber das nimmt man für die Lage gerne in Kauf. Danke auch an Labreva, es hat alles gepasst.

- Heating according to consumption, in the months October to April 15 € per day.
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day up to 5 days from 13 years
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
