Modern family residence in an idyllic location close to the village and the beach. In a sunny, gentle hillside location with two holiday homes Case delle Rose Gialla and Rose - the Rose Houses. Surrounded by country houses, small farms and meadows. A terraced garden surrounds you, with open spaces for playing and relaxing. The pool faces the lake.
All holiday flats are accessible via the terrace with private partly covered outdoor areas. Dining table, deck chairs and a private barbecue invite you to long romantic evenings. The marina and the centre of the attractive holiday town of Colico are just a few minutes' walk away.
The Pian di Spagna, the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, begins practically on your doorstep. The landlords of the holiday homes, a family of civil engineers, are passionate hobby gardeners. This is reflected in the beautifully landscaped garden and in the names of the flats.

Via your furnished garden terrace facing southwest with stunning lake and mountain views, you enter the bright living room with dining table, open plan modern and well-equipped kitchen, Two single sofa beds (1.40 m).

A hallway leads you to all the other rooms: on the lake side into the double bedroom, next to it your modern windowed shower room with washbasin, WC and bidet. A twin bedroom with separate guest WC with washbasin, WC and bidet. Towards the garden terrace the second twin bedroom (beds can be put together). Enjoy the early morning sun and long evening sun on your large terrace with views to the south, west and east.

The solar-heated pool is open from Easter to mid-September. The lake, numerous bathing possibilities and a surf school near Colico are within walking distance.
The location is ideal for exploring the lake by car, but also for leaving the car behind: Whether it's kitesurfing lessons on the beach, walking or cycling from beach to beach, kayaking on the Addazo River or Lake Mezzola, horseback riding in the Pian di Spagna, tennis on the surrounding courts, bird watching or the delicious adventure of trying to spot the best of the three ice cream parlours in the piazza, you won't get bored here! In addition, you can visit the most beautiful places by water and easily reach the eastern shore with Varenna, Bellano and Lecco as well as Bergamo, Milan and Chiavenna by train. The residence is recommended all year round. Well-kept holiday flats for holiday savers: bed linen is provided (to be changed yourself). Landlords speak German and can be reached by telephone.
There are private parking spaces for your vehicles within the property.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
