The modern vacation residence “Le Gemme” combines contemporary architecture with a stunning lakeside location on the upper reaches of Lake Como—nestled between Domaso and Gera Lario.
The complex, comprising six apartments, consists of two buildings, each containing three high-end units spread across three floors. Thanks to its hillside location, built below the lakeside road, all units enjoy an impressive view of the lake and the surrounding mountain landscape. Directly in front of the fenced-in property, the lake stretches out with a beach and an idyllic lakeside path that invites you to take relaxing walks, go for a jog, or take bike rides toward Gera Lario and Domaso.

Access to the residence is convenient from the lakeside road, leading down to the parking lots and underground garages. Between the two buildings, a staircase connects the individual levels and continues down to the pool area. The apartments are easily accessible via both the garage and the exterior stairwells.

Each apartment features spacious outdoor areas—whether a large terrace or a balcony—and offers an unparalleled panoramic view of Lake Como. Every outdoor area is equipped with a modern electric awning for adjustable shade.

The “Como” apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence. Its spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable lounge chairs, offers a breathtaking view of the sparkling lake and the surrounding mountains—a delightful place to relax and enjoy.

The sleeping areas:
The master bedroom features a double bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. A second double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds provide ample space for family or friends. The second bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.

All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort in every season. The apartment stands out for its bright, open floor plan, high-quality parquet flooring, and direct access from the living area to the terrace with a stunning lake view—a relaxing place to enjoy the special atmosphere of Lake Como.

The residence features an exclusive, heated communal pool measuring 12 x 1.5 meters. It is available to guests from May 1 through September 30 and is the perfect place to relax and cool off on warm days.
A special highlight is the direct access to the beach, located right in front of the complex. The lakeside promenade connects the nearby towns of Gera Lario and Domaso with gently sloping beaches that are ideal for families with children.
Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy: On-site, there are numerous recreational options such as sailboat and motorboat rentals, surf and sailing schools, as well as canoe rentals, water ski and wakeboard schools, and e-bike, bike, scooter, and moped rentals.
In addition, the towns offer excellent facilities for active and varied vacations, including playgrounds, tennis courts, bocce courts, and fitness centers—perfect for active relaxation in one of the most beautiful regions on Lake Como.
The surrounding mountains offer fantastic sports and recreational opportunities: biking, hiking, jogging, climbing, paragliding with or without a mountain guide, and mountain huts with food service.

On the fenced-in property of the residence, each house has access to an underground garage with space for two vehicles, as well as an additional outdoor parking spot. Each apartment has its own parking space directly on the property.
In addition, there is another parking lot with additional spaces located about 50 meters from the residence.
If needed, underground parking spaces can be reserved in advance with the property manager, Sofia.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
