On the lake side is the living area with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa and access to the balcony. Adjacent to this is the double bedroom, which also has access to the balcony. On the mountain side is the twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet.
The flat features light stone flooring and is furnished in a simple, modern and practical style.
In Sorico and Gera Lario, there are excellent beaches and swimming spots. Both beaches are also easily accessible by bike.
In Sorico, the beach at La Punta on the headland attracts visitors with its sand and a few shady trees. From here, you can enjoy a sweeping view across the lake towards the south.
In Gera Lario, there are several large, gently sloping beaches with natural sandbanks right next to the marina. Depending on the water level, the sandbanks are exposed, allowing children to play in the sand. There are also large sunbathing areas and a lovely children’s playground in the immediate vicinity of the beaches.
Both on the headland and in Gera Lario, there are surfing and kitesurfing schools as well as equipment hire. Both are popular water sports spots with reliable wind conditions.
The area is also popular for canoeing and rowing, thanks to the unspoilt nature of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve and the magnificent rowing routes along the River Mera to Lake Como.
The flat’s main attraction is its unique location right by the water. Here, you can enjoy the idyllic surroundings all year round – with a stunning view of the lake and mountains, which you can take in at your leisure from the balcony. The nearest beach is just about 20 metres away.
Opposite the apartment are a sports field and a playground, making it particularly attractive for families with children. The surrounding area is ideal for a wide range of activities: take long walks along the water’s edge, explore the region by bike, or set off on short hikes straight from the front door. SUP and canoe trips are also wonderful to undertake from here.
The lively town of Gera Lario is easily accessible by bike, and Colico is about a 15-minute drive away. From there, boat services are available for trips across the whole of Lake Como.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
