The ground floor holiday flat is part of a lovely private apartment house with terraces and gardens, nestling in the sunny hillside of the mountain village of Vercana - approx. 3 km from the lake. With large covered panoramic terrace and garden. The private garden with deckchairs invites you to relax and play. In the rural surroundings there are vineyards, meadows, residential houses and the local church, below the house is a service road. The holiday flat Armonia can be rented on the same level.

Total area approx. 103 m² - inside approx. 85 m² - outside approx. 18 m² - garden approx. 70 m².

The holiday flat is modern and cosily furnished. The large window facade in the living area gives a fascinating view of the lake and the magnificent mountain scenery. The living and sleeping area has Lombardy tiled floors.
Holiday in an idyllic spot - a wonderful place to retreat and enjoy the tranquillity.

Bella:
Up the stairs you come to the flat entrance, which leads into a small hallway. On the sea side you enter the large, bright living area with adjoining, well-equipped kitchen as well as dining area. From the living area you have access to the large, covered terrace and the garden.

The holiday flat has two bedrooms
large double room as well as twin room (bunk bed) with window to the sunny garden.
The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, bathtub, shower and WC/bidet.

The beaches and water sports are within easy walking distance.
An oasis for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, as an ideal starting point for walks, hikes and bike tours in the nearby mountains. Due to the railings in the garden area (see pictures), small children may require increased supervision. Due to the Mediterranean climate and the construction, the holiday flats are recommended all year round. They are only separated by the external staircase, renting together is ideal.
There is a garage for your holiday flat and a parking space in front of the garage. You can reach your holiday flats from your garage via the outside stairs or the lift. Other flats are used privately.
Wissenswertes über den Ort
Domaso: Old fishing village with picturesque alleys, long promenade, beautiful beaches and a good offer of water sports. The municipality consists of two parts separated by the Livo River. To the north is the marina, waterfront promenade, beaches with numerous sports and play facilities. To the south is the waterfront and the old fishing port. The old town hall Villa Camilla is often the centre of beautiful events for the whole family.

    Wir haben unsere Woche in dieser super ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen! Der Blick ist einfach unglaublich! Die Abende auf der Loggia waren geprägt vom Blick auf den See. Herrlich! Trotz HitzewelRead more..le waren die Schlafzimmer schön kühl. Der sehr schönen Fußweg in den am See unterhalb der Wohnung liegenden Ort Domaso haben wir allerdings nur einmal geschafft - bei 38 Grad und mit Kleinkind sind wir ansonsten mit dem Auto gefahren. Zu unseren Zeiten haben wir immer kostenlose Parkplätze gefunden.

Wir fühlten uns in der komfortablen FewRead more..o schnell zu Hause und bedanken uns ganz herzlichst bei der sehr netten Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nicht direkt im TruRead more..bel und doch schön erreichbar über den Fußweg. Auch der Weg zum oberhalb gelegenen Bergdorf war toll. Auch der Weg zum oberhalb gelegenen Bergdorf war toll. Die Abtei in Piona und Varenna mit der Burg hat uns auch gut gefallen, Bellagio weniger, dort war es zu voll. Alles in allem aber ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal dorthin oder zum Gardasee. Zwar nicht in den nächsten Jahren, dafür ist die Anreise recht weit von uns, zudem warten andere Ziele. Aber irgendwann bestimmt!!

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
