You can experience pure Dolce Vita here in the Nido Veronica, which translates as the cosy "nest" in the romantic little town of Bellano on the eastern shore of Lake Como. You are located directly on the lake on the 2nd floor of this lakeside property and have a magnificent view over the lake and of the mountains on the opposite shore. Enjoy the sunset on the furnished balcony across the entire width of the flat, and the fascinating lights that light up around the lake in the evening and at night and are reflected in the water .An oasis - also due to the original hammock. The house has several accommodation units, which are used for holidays, weekends and partly all year round. Often the flats are only partly occupied. In the neighbourhood are other residential buildings, the centre of Bellano with nice lakeside restaurants, wine shops and ferry landing stage. The lakeside road runs uphill.

Total area approx. 92 m² - inside approx. 65 m² - outside approx. 27 m².
Bright tiled floors, modern bathrooms, the double rooms and the open living area with large windows to the balcony welcome you with lots of light and friendliness.

Via the flat entrance, you enter the open-plan living area with modern kitchen, dining area and sofa set facing the lake. From the living area you have access to the large balcony with dining table set, deck chairs and sun awning.

On the lake side is the double bedroom with small walk-in wardrobe and access to the balcony.uphill and street side is the second double bedroom and the two bathrooms, which are connected by a large shower.

Versatile bathing possibilities in the vicinity: It is approx. 300 m to the lido with pool and to public, mostly shallow beaches.
Enjoy the pure atmosphere at the lake - early in the morning until late at night by candlelight. Dolce Vita sempre - the lake in all its colours. The obliging and warm-hearted manager Katya is waiting for you. The holiday flats on the lake are well insulated and are a dream even in winter. The mountain-side second double room is only conditionally suitable for noise-sensitive guests.

Bellano: Comparatively larger town in the middle of the eastern shore of the lake and known for its versatility with a long, wide lakeside promenade, picturesque old town with romantic alleys and a winding pedestrian zone with boutiques, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, craft shops and beautiful backyards.

Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, wobei das Zimmer zur Straße tatsächlich Verkehrslärm abbekommt. Supermarkt (2), diverse Bäckereien, Restaurants, Weinbar, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die Bahnanbindung und den Schiffsanleger kann man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Der Kontakt bzw. Schlüsselübergabe und Auschecken verlief unkompliziert. Waren mit dem Buchungsprozess ebenso zufrieden. Rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

    Von Bellano aus kann man tolle Ausflüge mit dem Schiff nach Bellagio und zurück 14,20 €/Person, Hunde sind kostenlos, und mit dem Auto unternehmen. Z. B. Como selbst und Varenna sind sehr sehenswert. Read more..La Breva hat auf unsere Bitte hin eine Kaffeemaschine beschafft, mit der man unseren geliebten Filterkaffee herstellen kann. Unsere Betreuerin Katya war sehr behilflich, wofür wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmals herzlich bedanken möchten. Ein Hinweis: Man trifft nicht viele Menschen, die Deutsch sprechen, aber mit Englisch kommt man meist weiter. Und bei Buchung bitte unbedingt auf Sonderangebote achten: Aktuell wird z. B. eine Seniorenrabatt 60 + angeboten, der nachgefragt werden muss. Von Buchungsseite her wird er nicht automatisch angeboten. Zeitweise gibt es auch einen Frübucherrabatt. Auch der muss eigens verlangt werden. Für den Hund sind moderate 6 €/Tag zu zahlen.
