The beach house is in Pianello del Lario on the western shore of Lake Como. directly on the lake shore approx. 30 m above the lake level below the local road. With a unique view of the lake. In the neighbourhood are residential and holiday homes, approx. 200 m away is the local church and a small camping site. The holiday house has two holiday flats and a private flat on the ground floor, holiday flat Falco on the upper floor, holiday flat Rondine on the ground floor, both with 2 bedrooms. The flowery garden is an oasis on the lake, which you reach via steps. In the garden there are dining table sets and deck chairs.
The garden and the beach offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, barbecuing or socialising. The beach has a shallow slope. A wide gate to the seaside allows water sports equipment to be parked on the property. From the mountain side you reach the house entrance via a few garden steps. From Pianello you can reach quickly by car the northern and southern neighbouring villages with good shopping possibilities, nice restaurants and typical trattorias.

Total area approx. 88 m² - inside approx. 78 m² - outside approx. 10 m² - communal garden approx. 300 m².
With plenty of space for living. With Italian stone tiles and Lombard good furniture and with modern comfort. Light and dark colours blend together to create a harmonious overall picture.

With panoramic balcony facing the lake:
The living area on the lake side has a sofa set and dining table and access to the large furnished balcony.The kitchen is small, bright and with functional equipment.

The double room is on the lake side, the beds in the twin room can be put together.
The bright bathroom on the lake side has a shower.

Your holiday home is located directly on the lake with beautiful beaches and beach cafés in the surrounding area.
Rental of surfing and water sports equipment is available in the village and in neighbouring villages - all within walking distance of the lake.
A paradise for water and mountain sports enthusiasts, hikers and those seeking peace and quiet! Wonderful to watch water sports, e.g. regattas.

Less suitable for people with walking difficulties, small children require increased supervision due to partially unsecured wall ledges and stairs.
Sig. Guido, the friendly landlord, lives in the granny annexe and is professional and reserved. He speaks English and is your contact person on site.
Your vehicle is parked in a private parking bay above the house.

    Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sowohl als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen als auch als Aufenthaltsort wunderbar! Wir haben zu jeder Tageszeit den herrlichen Ausblick genossen! Es gibt einen ParkplatzRead more.. an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus, und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert! Einziger kleiner Mangel an der Wohnung ist die sehr kleine Dusche, in der der Bewegungsradius ziemlich einschränkt ist. Wir waren zum ersten Mal am Comer See und kommen sicher wieder.

    Für 4 Erwachsen mit einem 7 Monate alten Baby war die Unterkunft genau passend. Der Garten war wunderschön und da das Wetter super war haben wir sogar im Garten gefrühstückt. Der Ausblick war genial.Read more.. Optimal wäre ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon gewesen, da man bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung dort nicht Frühstücken kann. Ständer bereits vorhanden. Die vorhandene Markise bringt wenig Schutz. Wir waren herrlich paddeln und auch radeln. Leider nur in Richtung Norden, da die Promenade in Richtung Menaggio noch nicht ausgebaut ist. Schade. Eis war hervorragend und Restaurant hatte sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Menschen vor Ort sehr sehr freundlich. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir würden sehr gern mal wieder hin fahren.

In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
