The beach house is in Pianello del Lario on the western shore of Lake Como, directly on the lake shore approx. 30 m above the lake level below the local road. With a unique view of the lake. In the neighbourhood are residential and holiday homes, approx. 200 m away is the local church and a small camping site.  The holiday house has two holiday flats and a private flat on the ground floor, holiday flat Falco on the upper floor, holiday flat Rondine on the ground floor, both with 2 bedrooms. The flowery garden is an oasis on the lake, which you reach via steps. The garden and the beach offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, barbecuing or socialising. The beach has a shallow slope. A wide gate to the seaside allows water sports equipment to be parked on the property. From the mountain side, you reach the house entrance via a few garden steps. From Pianello you can reach quickly by car the northern and southern neighbouring villages with good shopping possibilities, nice restaurants and typical trattorias.

With plenty of living space with Italian stone tiles and Lombard good furniture and modern comfort. Light and dark colours blend together to create a harmonious overall picture.

The bright bathroom on the lake side is with shower.

The living area on the lake side has a sofa set and dining table and access to the large furnished balcony.The kitchen is small, bright and with functional equipment.
The double room is on the lake side, the beds in the side twin room can be put together.

Your holiday home is located directly on the lake with beautiful beaches and beach cafés in the surrounding area.
Rental of surfing and water sports equipment is available in the village and in neighbouring villages - all within walking distance of the lake.
Here you float away from everyday life, whether on the balcony, in the garden or on the beach.
A paradise for water and mountain sports enthusiasts, hikers and those seeking peace and quiet! Wonderful to watch water sports, e.g. regattas.

Less suitable for people with walking difficulties, small children require increased supervision due to partially unsecured wall ledges and stairs.
Sig. Guido, the friendly landlord, lives in the granny annexe and is professional and reserved. He speaks English and is your contact person on site.

    Also the appartement in Pianello was more beautiful than we expected. It took us some time to find it, because in the description you sent us, it says that the house is 60 m after a green sign. In reaRead more..l it was more like 600 m.... Especially the garden to the appartement is very beautiful. Therefore it was a little disappointing that on the second day of our stay there, a man spent a whole day installing a new fence . It ment drilling in stone, sawing in metal and a lot of other loud noises...... The rest of our stay was very tranquil.

In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
