With 3 terraced holiday flats, above Gravedona on the western shore, only a 10-minute walk from the lake and the centre of the village. The holiday home is situated above the mountain road towards San Carlo. An impressive view of the lake, the surrounding mountains and the picturesque village of Gravedona awaits you. The bay of Piona is opposite. The holiday home is on a steeper slope, the pool is above the house. Each holiday home has its own spacious garden/terrace and/or balcony area on the lake or mountain side. On the pool level and the 2 garden terraces above it, there are further sunbathing
sun lounger areas with spectacular lake panorama. In the neighbourhood there are other residential and holiday houses in authentic, Lombardy architectural style. Next to it is the house of the landlord's family with 3 further flats.

Light-flooded and modern living with ground-level terraces, gardens or deep balconies awaits you with light laminate floors in the living and sleeping areas. Bathrooms are all white.
All holiday flats are new and have the same level of furnishings and differ in colour/design and layout/size.

The Stupendo holiday flat is accessed via the side garden terrace with lake view.
The living area is bright and modern with 2 double sofa beds, open kitchen and dining area and access to the lakeside balcony.

With double bedroom to the lake side and twin bedroom to the garden side, and two bathrooms with shower.

The pool is 10.5 x 4.80 m and shared with the holiday home in the immediate vicinity. Open from mid-April to the end of October. The lake and beaches are about 10 minutes walk away.
Miralago is a quality holiday home in a fascinating and walk-friendly location. The landlord family Antonio is service-oriented - they speak several languages. Only partly suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the steeper stairs, there is an outside lift parallel to the stairs. For mountain bikers there is a shelter with washing area and workbench.
You park underneath your holiday flat. You can reach your holiday flat via outdoor and garden stairs. The private parking spaces are located on the mountain road opposite.

    Super schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Vermieter.Toller Blick, sauber und alles vorhanden,was man braucht um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen.Wir kommen sicher wieder.

    Es war alles wunderbar und sehr angenehm. Unser Vermieter immer sehr, sehr nett und war immer erreichbar. Toller Blick aus der Wohnung. Große geräumige Wohung mit Balkon, und seitlicher Terrasse am ERead more..ingang, prima. Zu Fuß runter zum Hafen druch kleine Gassen ca.8 min.

Unsere Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren mehr als zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar und ausgesprochen hilfRead more..sbereit, u.a. als ich mir an einem Olivenstein ein Stück Zahn abgebrochen hatte. Diese Reise sollte aufgrund meines 50. Geburtstages am 19.08 etwas Besonderes sein, und das wurde sie auch. Liebend gern spreche ich sie im nächsten Jahr wieder an und mache bis dahin fleißig Werbung.

Die Beschreibung vomRead more.. Domizil war zutreffend. Der Blick vom Balkon über Gravedona und den Comer See traumhaft. Wir können das Domizil sowie die Vermieter mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es war eine traumhafte Woche. Der Service sowie die Abwicklung über LaBreva war – wie bereits bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor ein paar Jahren – unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. Bestimmt werden wir – auch wenn es nicht gleich in 2018 sein wird – wieder an den Comer See fahren und unser Domizil über LaBreva buchen.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
