Do you love individual living/holidays and enjoy creative furnishing ideas? A 3-room balcony holiday flat furnished with a special touch on the western shore, above the picturesque little town of Gravedona in a hillside location in a typical Lombardy group of houses with a narrow stream. It is about 3-4 minutes by car to the lake. The house is on a narrow, winding mountain road to the upper mountain village of Negrana. You are surrounded by Italian neighbours. The holiday flat has a small balcony from the living room with a bistro table and 2 deck chairs facing the lake, as well as a
reading balcony from the twin bedroom facing the lake. LUCI means lights and announces the dazzling sea of lights over Lake Como, which can be enjoyed in the evenings on Lake Como. Beautiful light accents, however, are also fascinating in the large flat itself.

From the car park, 4 steps lead to the flat and house entrance: 
On the lake side is the large living area with window fireplace and with wide window front and access to the balcony with dining table set.
The well-equipped kitchenette and the beautiful dining area are integrated into the living area.
A small hallway leads into the sleeping area with double and twin bedrooms, as well as into the large, modernly designed bathroom with shower.

You have mountain and lake views over rooftops and between neighbouring houses.

After a 10-15 min. walk you reach the beaches, some of which are shallowly sloping and offer good sports facilities.
An affordable holiday flat with plenty of space and high-quality furnishings.

The friendly landlady Luciana cultivates a vegetable garden above the house.
The holiday flat is also comfortable in winter.
A garage with a second entrance to the flat is available for your vehicle. Lowered vehicles can park in front of it.

    Wir waren letzte Woche noch mit 2 Personen und Hund in diesre Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben wirklich gar nicRead more..hts vermisst. Haben auch einen Tag einfach mal in der Wohnung verbracht. Man kann zu 2. bequem auf dem Balkon verweilen. Wir hatten jetzt im September ab Mittag bis zum Abend Sonne. Es gibt TV mit allen deutschen Sendern. Man benötigt ca. 10 Minuten runter ans Seeufer. Habe jeden Morgen den Gang an den See genossen. Im Supermarkt Crai gabe es alles was man für ein schönes Frühstück braucht. Der Rückweg dauert ein klein wenig länger, weil es bergauf geht. Wenn man sich gerne bewegt ist das eher ein zusätzliches Argument für die Wohnung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Auch der Ort Gravedona hat uns sehr gefallen. Er ist so schön italienisch.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
