Numerous bathing possibilities and a surf school and canoe rental are within walking distance. Boat rental at the fishing harbour.
The location is ideal for leaving the car behind: walking, hiking or cycling from beach to beach, kayaking on the Addazo River or Lake Mezzola, horseback riding in the Pian di Spagna nature reserve, kitesurfing lessons on the beach, tennis on the surrounding courts, bird watching or the delicious adventure of spotting the best of the three ice cream parlours in the piazza.
In addition, you can visit the most beautiful places by water and easily reach the eastern shore with Varenna, Bellano and Lecco as well as Bergamo, Milan and Chiavenna by train.
An oasis of relaxation with lots of privacy and yet close to the town and the lake.
The friendly landlady Silvia has an electric boat and bike/e-bike/quattro-bike rental service at the harbour with special conditions for you, including two free hours of motorboat hire during the week.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Wir waren zum 2. Mal in dem Haus und waren ebenfalls überglücklich mit dem separaten Zusatzbad. Die Vermieterin ist klasse, wir waren wieder begeistert.

Die Vermieterin ist sRead more..ehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand und der Hafen sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Bäckerei sind es zu Fuß auch nur 5 Minuten. Der Garten ist super. Leider konnte er nicht immer genutzt werden, da vor allem in den Abendstunden die Stechmücken über uns hergefallen sind. Der Strand ist wunderschön und bietet viel Platz.

Die Vermieterin Silvia ist mit Herz und Seele dabei, ihr E-Boot- und Bike-Verleih im Ort haben wir gerne genutzt und auch die Preise waren für uns echt okay. Gerade im Frühling ist der Garten eine Sonnenoase. Zu Fuss kann man morgens Brötchen holen und abends ohne Auto auf ein Glas Wein an Hafen. Dolce Vita

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
