On the nature-rich Boschetto headland, at the tip of the upper part of the lake. With a view of the lake and the surrounding mountain scenery. On the headland are holiday and residential houses, a small campsite and two good fish restaurants in the vicinity. Unspoilt nature all around. The terrace is a wonderful living area with a cosy dining table group and deck chairs due to the partial roofing. The garden with palm trees, cherry laurel hedge and southern plantings offers plenty of space for ball games. You have sun all day long. On balmy summer evenings, the barbecue area with brick table offers nice opportunities for cosy get-togethers.
From the parking space to the house entrance: 6 steps.

Total area approx. 120 m² - interior approx. 75 m² - terrace approx. 45 m² - garden approx. 600 m².
Via the large partially covered sun terrace (approx. 45 sqm) you enter the large bright living area with comfortable couch area.
In L-shape is the kitchen-living room and the dining area with dining table facing the lake.
From the living room you enter the sleeping areas via a small hallway:
- a large double bedroom with wash area
- a smaller double room
- a twin room with beds that can be put together;

bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, guest WC.

A large sandy and meadowy beach with a jetty and surf stand is about 100 m away and a small sandy beach about 50 m away. Both beaches inspire with a wide view to the south of the lake.
This holiday home offers versatile leisure and recreational value.
Almost all water and mountain sports can be started from here. For families with small or big children, a leisure oasis with lots of nature all around. The wind-protected sun terrace is a wonderfully warm place to sunbathe in the early and late seasons.
For holidays with friends, there is Casa Bassotta about 70 m away.
Parking spaces in the property, access via a wrought-iron gate. Garage for small vehicles and sports.
Boats brought along can be deposited and launched on the lake common property on hangers brought along or moored to the river side on the sandy beach shore or moored in the Gera Lario harbour at the jetty berth - all on request.
Wissenswertes über den Ort
Sorico: Former fishing village with a few restaurants. The village is situated on the Boschetto headland with Colico to the east and Gera Lario/Sorico to the west. Green, sunny region away from any hustle and bustle and is part of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve.
- Highlights: Wonderful tranquillity and nature on the Pian di Spagnia plain between Lake Como and Lake Mezzola and along the River Mera.
- Infrastructure: Train connection from Colico, large supermarket with shopping centre near Colico, small grocery shops, restaurants, weekly market in Colico and Gera Lario
- Entertainment possibilities: Boat trips from Colico to the centre of the lake, sports and nature excursions.
- Sports: swimming, cycling, mountain biking, walking, jogging, hiking, sailing, surfing, kiting, canoeing/kayaking, rowing, horse riding, tennis, golf (near Sondrio), fishing
- Local mountain: good hiking possibilities in Colico (Monte Legnone, altitude: 2,609 m) and Gera Lario (Monte la Motta, altitude: 1,515 m)

Die nahegelegene Pizzeria ist ein Besuch wertRead more... Gutes Essen, Preise moderat, nette Bedienung. Auch der nahegelegene Wald ist für Hundebesitzer und Radfahrer optimal. Der Vermieter Herr Bauer ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Er ist darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
