The panoramic holiday flat Frasca is approx. 200 m as the crow flies above Dongo, approx. 450 m above lake level and approx. 3 km from the lake. The holiday flat with separate entrance is located on the top floor of a modern country house. Enjoy the lake view, mountain panorama and sun on your furnished roof terrace, by the pool or on the beach of Dongo, which you can reach via a nice shorter walk. The idyllic neighbourhood is dotted with meadows, pastures and occasional homes.

In the from mid April 2023 a house is to be built on the neighbouring property approx. 100 m away, we therefore offer a 10% discount on all bookings.

Total area approx. 80 m² - inside approx. 70 m² - outside approx. 10 m² - community garden approx. 250 m².

The holiday flat with high open roof truss and wooden floors offers modern comfort in Italian ambience and warm subtle colours. 
With large triple room and light-flooded living area with double sofa bed.
The lake and mountain view from the living room and roof terrace, connected by a large arched window, is particularly beautiful and emphasises the Mediterranean ambience.

The entrance to the holiday flat is via an external staircase from the mountain side and leads into the large living area with modern well-equipped kitchen, dining table and couch area.
The large French doors provide access to the large furnished roof terrace.
On the uphill side is the large, bright triple bedroom.
Next to it is the large bathroom with shower.

The pool is open from Holy Week to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. There is a footpath to Lake Como and the beaches from your holiday flat in approx. 2.2 km.
The highlight of this holiday flat, apart from the fantastic lake view, is the idyllic private location close to the village and the lake. Whether water sports enthusiasts, those seeking peace and quiet, hikers, mountain bikers or cultural travellers, everyone will find their personal holiday oasis here. The extremely friendly landlords, Lilli and Maurizio, are very concerned about the well-being of their guests and will be happy to show you where you can pick fruit and berries in the lovingly landscaped hillside meadow garden. You live in the house. However, you will use the pool and garden mostly on your own, as they both work full-time. For people with limited mobility, the slope path from the flat to the pool may be less recommended.

Children from 3 to 9 years are not allowed.
You can park your car in a private parking space above your holiday home. Steps lead to the entrance of your holiday flat.

Stazzona: Picturesque mountain village above Dongo, on the slopes of a characteristic ridge, are the villages of Stazzona, Germasino and Garzeno. Unlike other mountain villages on Lake Como, these are still inhabited and lively with shops and restaurants.
- Highlights: AdventurePark in Germasino, Crotti, wine cellars carved into rocks with rustic restaurant free seats serving traditional cuisine, good starting point for high alpine hikes and challenging mountain bike tours.
- Infrastructure: restaurants and small grocery shop (Alimentari) Stazzona; restaurants, cafés, grocery shops and boat landing stage in the lakeside village of Dongo; restaurants, bars, parks, sailing club, sports centre with tennis and football, athletics track, cycle paths, trim trail in the neighbouring village of Gravedona

    Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2020 in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Es war einfach fantastisch ! Lilly und Maurizio sind tolle Gastgeber mit wertvollen Tipps. Das von ihnen zum Abendessen empfohlene "CrottoRead more.. Bercini" war ein Traum. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist überwältigend. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Wein und eine Schale Obst als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Das Doppelbett hatte eine durchgehende wirklich gute Matratze (was man nicht allzu oft erlebt). Also: Wer am Lago di Como Urlaub machen möchte, sollte ohne zu zögern dieses Quartier wählen. Er wird es nicht bereuen. Ein ganz dickes Dankeschön nochmals an Lilly und Maurizio von Ingrid (Ramsau am Dachstein/Österreich) und Viro (Leipzig/Deutschland)

    Die Ferienwohnung L a Frasca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Lilli und Maurizio sind sehr nett und haben uns mit unseren Kindern (6 und 8) herzlich empfangen. Ausreichend Handtücher waRead more..ren vorhanden und ein Willkommensgeschenk gab es auch. Den Pool konnten wir immer alleine nutzen und die Kinder hatten großen Spaß. Auf der Dachterrasse (Balkon) hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick und auch der Parkplatz ist für einen VW Bus ausreichend. Kleinere, kinderfreundliche Wanderungen sind ab Haus möglich und fußläufig kann man mehrere Restaurants, einen Spielplatz und den See erreichen. Die An- und Abreise verlief völlig problemlos und unkompliziert. Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung, mit der guten Lage und den netten Vermietern herzlichst weiterempfehlen.

    Wir sind nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft, mit tollem Blick auf den See und einem Pool, der zum entspannen einlädt. Dank der vielen Möglichkeiten, die der Comer See bietet, WandeRead more..rn, Mountainbike, Segeln, etc., kann man seinen Urlaub sehr vielseitig gestalten.     Es war immer ganz toll. De Region Comer See ist einfach super vielseitig. Von einfach mal ausspannen bis zu hochalpinen Touren ist alles dabei. Bei Lilli und Maurizio fühlen wir uns sehr wohl. A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
