Holidays in the country - with private surroundings, as little known on Lake Garda: comfortable corner holiday home from private with idyllic olive garden above the historically picturesque lakeside village of San Felice del Benaco. on the southern shore of Lake Garda in a slight hillside location with a small lake view. In a preferred, relaxing residential location on a ridge above the village. The residential road ends at the holiday home, you can enjoy a wide view of meadows and olive groves in all directions. The garden offers plenty of space to play and relax in the sun and shade, a large covered terrace invites you to enjoy all your meals outdoors.
to enjoy all your meals outdoors. The name Domus Felix comes from Latin and means "happy house". According to legend, the Romans once called the hill behind the house "Paradiso", meaning paradise, and amazingly, this paradise has been preserved in the landscape to this day.

Bright and partly strong colours and high-quality modern furnishings characterise this holiday home by private owner on Lake Garda. Light tiled floors and lovingly designed decorative elements such as art photos of the surroundings in black and white blend harmoniously into the overall picture. The landlords are very quality-oriented. A few steps lead to the covered terrace with access to the inviting living area, with seating groups in light colours and the modern well-equipped eat-in kitchen.

A hallway connects the living area with one of the two double bedrooms, with views of the greenery to the south, the twin bedroom facing the garden to the west and the upstairs bathroom with shower.

From the living area, stairs lead down to the basement, with child safety locks. A hallway leads to the combined bedroom/hobby room with double bed and is lit from outside by large light wells. In L-shaped studio character, the double bed is set off by a comfortable TV games corner as well as foosball table and board games.
Next to it is the second bathroom with shower.

Beautiful bathing bays approx. 1,800 m away await you on the lakeshore with gently sloping pebble beaches that are also suitable for children.
Domus Felix is suitable for small and large families as well as for couples with friends. There have been positive experiences from holidaymakers in wheelchairs.
Your contact person on site, the landlord family, is cordial and obliging. They live nearby.
The landlord's son Nicolo is a nautical expert and has many tips and contacts, e.g. if you want to rent a sailing or motor boat.
San Felice del Benaco offers a lot of variety and is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lake Garda, ideal for exploring both sides of the lake and the famous towns nearby. The mountain lakes to the west of Lake Garda are also just a stone's throw away.
The holiday home is recommended all year round.
Two parking spaces within the fenced property are available for your vehicles. Bikes that you bring with you can be locked.

    Das Haus liegt ruhig etwas oberhalb. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Es ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausststtung ist perfekt. Alles ist blitzblank sauber. Die Matratzen im ErdgeschossRead more.. sind fantastisch, im Untergeschoss sehr weich. WLAN klappt bestens. Deutsches Fernsehen auch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Dorfmittel und am Hafen. Unsere beiden Hunde waren in dem hundesicher umzäunten Garten total glücklich. DaSan Felice ein sehr ruhiges Dörfchen ist, waren wir mit den Teenagern meist in den umliegenden gröseren Dörfern und Städten unterwegs, was aber gar kein Problem war. Wir hatten einen ganz wunderschönen Urlaub dort und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Silvia, unsere Vermieterin, und an Labreva für die sehr gute unkomplizierte Abwicklung!!!

Es hat eher den Standard einer Wohnung, als den einer Ferienwohnung. Seniora Baccolo ist eine äußerst herzliche aufmerksame Vermieterin, der das Wohl Ihrer Feriengäste sehr am Herzen liegt.

Die Entfernung zum reizenden Ort ist zwar nicht groß, aber zurück geht es bergauf und für meinen Mann war es nicht zu Fuß zu bewältigen.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist etwas außerhalb aber dennoch zentRead more..ral. Fußläufig war ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt gut zu erreichen. Der Garten konnte komplett genutzt werden. Auch das Sonnenbad auf der Terrasse und den Sonnenliegen war möglich. Das Haus ist geräumig und wirklich sehr sauber. Kurzfristig haben uns Freunde besucht, auch das war kein Problem. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Vielen Dank

    Wir haben in den Pfingstferien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern unsere Ferien im "Domus Felix" verbracht und sind sehr begeistert. Die Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das HausRead more.. und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Positiv mit kleinen Kindern ist auch, dass der Garten vollkommen umzäunt ist, so dass man keine Sorge haben muss, dass sie auf die Straße laufen könnten oder ähnliches. Die Autos konnten wir außerhalb parken, so konnten wir den gesamten Garten zum spielen nutzen. Auch die Umgebung und der Ort haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Fußläufig ist eine schöne Badestelle zu erreichen, die anderen Bademöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Badebuchten waren flach, so dass die Kinder problemlos selbst reinlaufen konnten. Fußläufig ist ebenfalls ein Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelladen, Restaurants und eine Eisdiele erreichbar. Wir werden sicher einmal wieder dort Urlaub machen!
