Between Bellagio and Como in the tranquil lakeside town of Lezzeno with a beautiful view of the lake, the Villa del Balbianello on the peninsula of Lenno and the mountains of the western shore. The name is reminiscent of the popular Lombard crotti, grotto eateries wrested from the rock. In the neighbourhood there are old fishermen's houses and dwellings of traditional construction. There are three outdoor areas to choose from: the lake terrace, the panoramic balcony on the upper floor and above there is a shared garden with deck chairs. The deck chairs can be used in the garden or on one of the neighbouring, free lakeside terraces or on the lake, depending on the position of the sun.

You reach your lakeside terrace and the entrance to your holiday flat via steps down from the lakeside road.
On the ground floor, the elegant living room with couch area with window fireplace, dining area and open designer kitchen welcomes you.

From the living area you have access to your furnished lakeside terrace and to the lower double bedroom suite with wellness bath. A rock has been incorporated into the holiday flat in the form of an original stylishly lit decorative grotto.

Upstairs is a double bedroom suite with dressing room, furnished lake view balcony and granite shower bath.

The holiday flat Crotto Terrazza is pleasantly cool in summer on the ground floor due to its hillside location close to the lake. The terrace adjoins another terrace of a local family.

Your holiday flat is only a few metres from the shore and the beaches.
Only about 50 m away is the water ski school with pool, restaurant and hotel rooms.
On request and entrance fee you can use the pool most of the time.
An insider tip for Italy lovers who like to live in an authentic environment. The village of Lezzeno has preserved its originality and simplicity over the years and guards many treasures.
Active and passive sports enthusiasts will enjoy the popular water ski school, which also offers wakeboarding courses and other water sports.
The location is also wonderful for hikers, mountain bikers and cultural travellers, situated on the southern part of the lake close to attractive towns such as Bellagio and Como, you stay in a great starting position.
The friendly landlords run an original beach restaurant on the beach near Villa Melzi in Bellagio.
There is a private parking space for your vehicle above the house.

Lezzeno: Municipality east of Bellagio over seven kilometres in length and consisting of 17 hamlets. Lezzeno is considered a paradise for boat lovers and water sports enthusiasts.

Wir konnten inseren 5-tägigen Kurzurlaub zu dritt mit Hund (er durfte nur das Erdgeschoss bewohnen, was aber unproblematisch war) wunderbar geniessen. Sara und Simonetta waren verlässliche und kommunikative Vermieterinnen.
